Millie's POV.

"Mom! I told you to keep an eye on Ava!" I shouted as I ran down the stairs to my mom in the kitchen.

"She was sat in the living room." My mom said, softly.

"She's embarrassing me." I told her up close over the counter. "Please keep an eye on her. I can't have her ruin this for me."

"I won't let her sweetheart. Why not..." My mom got her purse and grabbed $20 out. "Go somewhere with him. But don't be out all night." I smiled at my mom and thanked her.

"Thank you." I hugged and let go to get Finn. I pulled him down and went outside.

"Where we going?" He asks.

"I don't want to be interrogated in there by my family. I thought if we could go somewhere just the two of us." I said with a smile.

"Sure. Where?" He asks.

"Cinema. I could do with a good film." Finn winked.

"I got the best one." He spoke. "Follow me." I hooked my arm his and we headed to town to the theatre. Finn is just the best.

We arrived and no one was familiar to me. We grabbed the tickets, the snacks and drinks and headed to the booth to sit. We sat and got ready as the film begun. I sat smiling at Finn and throwing popcorn in mine and his mouth. I failed a couple of times but manage to score.

"Yes!" He praised.

"You win!" I said smiling.

"What do I win?" He asks getting close to me. Wow, this is close we've been. I was about to move in but we heard giggling. I turned my head and saw a red short haired girl with another red haired girl. Oh no! Not Sadie! I looked to Finn.

"Is that Sadie?" I whisper.

"It looks it." He says. I shake my head and get up to leave. Now I don't feel like watching the movie. Finn follows behind and I feel him grab my hand for the first time. "What's up?" He asks.

"Why can't I have fun with just you. Why do I get reminders of my best friends with that random girl?" I started to cry.

"It's fine, we can go somewhere else." Finn held me into a hug as I cried on him. Why does this hurt? My best friend isn't interested in me no more. She's too attached to that new girl. Why can't we all go back to how it use to be?
