Dave POV For the past couple months me and Liyah been planning for our wedding. Today was finally our big day. We was having our wedding in Harlem since we both from Harlem and that's where most of our family was.
I was in my dressing room nervous asf. I had two best men shooter and Iman , I really didn't mess with anybody and same for Liyah, she had teyana and Jamie as brides maids.

Aaliyah POV Me, Jamie, teyana , Kairi and mama Faye was in my dressing room. They was helping me get ready for my big day. Jamie was doing my makeup and teyana was doing my hair. After they finished my hair and makeup mama Faye helped me put on my dress and made sure it was on right. After that I got ready to walk out and marry the love of my life.
My planner came and told us it was time for us to walk out. We lined up how we practiced and kairi and Junie walked down the aisle through flowers and then it was my turn to walk down the aisle with Dave's dad I was so nervous. Once the music started playing he intertwined his arms with mine we began to walk and the whole walk down the aisle my eyes was locked on Dave's he had tears in his eyes with a big smile on his face. "Who gives the bride away?" The preacher asked "I do!" Dave dad said He let go of my arm and I walked to dave and we faced the preacher while holding hands. "We gather here to day in holy matrimony in the celebration of David & Aaliyah. If there is anyone who think the two should not be together please speak now and forever hold your piece" he said making me and Dave look around "I DO!" Some man jumped up and said making dave and shooter frown. "Who are you?" I said looking at him "Baby it's okay" Dave said "NO! I want to know who this unknown man is trying to ruin my wedding day!" I snapped "I'm your father Aaliyah" the unknown man said "No your not my father died when I was Ten" I said looking at him "Wait! You can't be our father died in a shoot out! I watched him take his last breath when I was 15" Shooter said standing beside me. "I know that Nigel, I was there, I was that man" the man said to shooter "If you our daddy tell us something that nobody knows" Shooter said "I know that Aaliyah likes strawberries and actually have one on her lower back and I also know that her mama turned into a drug addict after I left an started abusing her at 12 years old. Nigel I know that you have a strawberry on the back of your neck and I know about the kid you and your girlfriend Jamie had" the man said "Why don't you want me to marry dave?" I said "Because I know about how he dissed you in the beginning" he said "Well we've came along way from the beginning and you can't tell me who to marry when you faked your death and plus you never told me about MY brother so your opinion doesn't matter to me" I said "I can respect that but I did what I did to protect you and your brother. I didn't want to tell you about Nigel because I was scared your mother was going to take you from me" he said "We will talk later right now I have a wedding to get to" I said. After I said that the preacher resume the wedding. "YOU MAY NOW KISS THE BRIDE" he said. Dave pulled me into him and kissed me passionately, I kissed back. We pulled away after Kairi and Junie screamed "EWW" making everybody laugh. He wrapped his arms around my waist and we walked down the aisle together. I changed my dress and dave changed into something comfortable other than his suit. I changed Kairi into a pink adidas jumpsuit with her white shell toes adidas and her curls in a top ponytail with pink and white bows and the back left curly. and I took dave ny clothes. I gave him a Jordan outfit with his red and white 11s and mugga chain. After we got dressed we took pictures and then headed to the wedding reception.

When we got to the wedding reception everyone was already there. We walked in with the kids and held hands and walked down the little red carpet they had laid out for us. Once we made it to the end of the carpet we walked to our table and sat down so we could eat. We got us some plates and fixed the kids some food and our food and sat back down. I helped Kairi eat and dave helped nymarian eat.

After we finished eating it was time for me and Dave's first dance. Monica ~ for you I will started playing. Dave grabbed me and pulled me close to him by my waist, out the corner of my eye I could see "my dad" had his gaze on me. I just kept dancing with dave I didn't feel like dealing with anything, I was in a happy place and nobody could ruin that right now. I continued to dance with dave until the song went off. We danced with the kids and conversed with some family members for a few hours then packed up and headed home. We had a flight to catch to Bora Bora tomorrow. The kids would be staying with Teyana and Iman tomorrow then they would be staying with Dave's mom for the rest of the week. Once we got home we got the kids a bath , put on their bed clothes and put them to bed. Me and Dave took a shower and got in the bed. Soon as I hit the sheets I was knocked out. I had a long day and had a long day ahead of me. Our flight left at 9 and we still had to get the kids to teyana and Iman house before our flight.
