Chapter 31

Aaliyah POV
It was the next morning and Dave had woke up. Once he woke up he looked down to see kairi sleep on his chest. I guess she moved on him in the middle of the night. He instantly wrapped his arms around her. I walked out to get the doctor and tell him that Dave was awake. The doctor came in and started checking Dave so I grabbed kairi off his chest. Soon as I grabbed her she started winning. She woke up completely and started crying like somebody was killing her.
"My baby don't want you Liyah bring her back over here" Dave groaned I went and laid her next to Dave and she stopped crying and laid her head on Dave's chest. 
"I see someone is a daddies girl" the doctor said
"Yes she is" I said rolling my eyes
"Well Mr. Dave it looks like everything is great. You will be able to leave in two days we want to make sure everything stay okay" the doctor explained
"Alright Doc" He said. The doctor walked out and Dave spoke again.
"I'm so glad y'all okay. I'll lay my life on the line for you two " he said looking down at kairi rubbing her curls, she had fell back to sleep.
"And we glad you Okay Dave" I said kissing his lips.
"I didn't know you could shoot like that baby girl" Dave said laughing
"I didn't know I could either" I said
"I was thinking about taking you to the range but I see you don't need no training" he said
"I still want to go. I always wanted to go to a gun range" i said
"I'll see what I can do then" he said
"You need to do some to that head. Them braids look ruff" I said
"Come braid it for me" he said
"I will later I'm tired" I said going to lay on the couch
"Come get in the bed then" he said
"No I don't want to hurt you and the bed is too small for all three of us" I said
"Man bring yo Lil ass over here " he said adjusting kairi. I went and got in the bed and laid on his chest while he wrapped his arms around my waist. We laid like that until we both fell asleep.

I jumped up from my sleep an ran to the bathroom I had the urge to throw up. Once I made it to the bathroom I started emptying out my stomach. I heard Dave yell and ask if I was okay. I couldn't even respond. I threw up for 10 minutes straight. Once I finished I came out the bathroom and brushed my teeth with the lil toothbrush and tooth paste they provided. I got back in the bed with Dave and he rubbed my stomach.
"Dave I don't feel good" I whined
"I know baby. You don't think you pregnant do you?" I looked at him like he was crazy.
"No I probably just ate something that I shouldn't have" I said
"Okay" he said. I laid there and thought "was I pregnant?" I couldn't be. Kairi wasn't even one yet and I'm just 19.
