Chapter 9

Aaliyah POV
It's been 2 weeks since I moved in my new house that shooter gave me. I can honestly say I love it. I'm 3 almost 4 months pregnant.
Me and shooter have gotten even closer since we found out we are siblings. I'm glad I have somebody else to call family.
My dad side didn't like my mama because they said she was no good so once my dad married her they stopped coming around , my grandma on my mom side died 3 years ago but we wasn't really that close and my mom never knew her dad.
I was currently out to eat with Jamie and Karin.
"So Liyah how have you been?" Karin asked
"I've been actually doing pretty good since I moved out my moms house" I said
"Does she know about the baby?" Jamie asked
"No and honestly I don't want my child anywhere near her" I finally told Karin about my mom and her drug addiction
"That's understandable" they both agreed
"Enough about me, what's been up with you guys?" I asked
"Well Freaky has been trying to talk to me since y'all graduation" Karin said
"Oh my god! That boy is a whole fool" I said
"Right Liyah he needs to be checked" Jamie said laughing
"Me and shooter have been great since the move. I can honesty say I love him. We've been together for 2 years now and it gets better everyday" Jamie said
"Aww sis in law I'm happy for you and my big bro"
"Here yo ass go with that sis in law shit" Jamie said laughing
I could honestly say life was going pretty good, but that doesn't always last long
