(I will be away from my computer until August 27th! Sorry to have to keep you waiting, but look forward to another chapter then!)

"So, what's my schedule like for today?"

I sat in the back seat of the car that Taehyung was driving. Jungkook sat in the front and Jin reluctantly sat in the back with me. Jin was rarely ever seen without Namjoon, but today he needed to take care of some business at the training gym. Jungkook practiced at the training gym at least three times a week, so he decided to take advantage of the gym while I trained with Christian.

"You'll be training at the gym until five or six. Then you will have a couple of hours to clean up and eat before you need to start your shift at the lounge." Jungkook had his phone in his hand and he never looked back at me.

"I'll be training for six hours?"

My eyes went wide. If training today is going to be anything like it was yesterday, I won't even last one hour.

"It won't be all fighting." Jungkook explained. "He'll teach you a variety of things like strengthening your mind, improving technique, and working on your weaknesses."

I felt a little bit better knowing that, but I still felt uneasy. The way Christian treated me last night made me feel like he didn't like me. I was tired from the day, and I wasn't prepared to fight him. He made me feel like I had never picked up a sword in my life. I still can't understand why he did what he did. Maybe today I will get my answer.

Once we got to the training gym, Jin split from Jungkook and me without a word. I went to the locker room and put my things in my locker. I noticed a couple of other women in the locker room. They both had scars all over their body and they had lean, muscular bodies. I felt like a sheep in a wolves' den.

When I got back out onto the training floor, I began stretching. As I stretched, I watched those around me. There were mostly men, and besides the two women in the locker room, there were three more on the training floor. They all had very sharp and intricate moves. Their form was so clean and perfect. I sighed, thinking about yesterday. Out of all of these people, why would a newbie get the top assassin's sword? I began to feel out of place all over again.

"I have a long way to go." I murmured as I stood bent over, hands touching the floor as I stretched my legs.

"Chickening out?"

I heard Jin's voice behind me. I didn't bother to look behind me to look at him.

"No." I said, feeling less than pleased to hear his voice. "I'm just saying that it's gonna take a long time before I'm as good as these people."

"You can always back out, you know."

I glanced over to see Jin take a step toward me.

I shook my head. "No thanks, I'd rather kick ass than kiss ass."

"Suit yourself."

And with that, Jin walked away.

I straightened back up to see Christian walking toward me. I tried to keep a grimace from forming on my face, but I must've failed. Christian smirked at me before he stopped in front of me.

"You look so happy to see me." He said, sarcasm clear in his Australian accent.

"Yeah, totally ready for you to kick my ass today."

Christian just chuckled and shook his head. "Not today. I know what you need to work on after our little spar last night. Today I will be focusing on improving those things."
