A little bit of obediance in my life

Goldy was beginning to sway, the day had been frustrating and fun, but now all she wanted was to sleep, noticing this, Echo took her hand keeping her close. Harley was pestering Delta, who was understandably getting a little frustrated, at least Trap and Jay were enjoying a nice rest in the sun.

It was time to leave and everyone was a little hesitant, Mika and Shana's boys were used to being swapped with each other, but being given to the others was a surprise, yet they were chill about it, Harley muttering about how unfair Delta is, as Delta, to stop the pestering sat on Harley, after pushing him over, which had ended any annoying behaviour. Goldy and Echo watched, Echo had screwed up his eyes in confusion and worry, Goldy to exhausted to realise. Geo's girls were complaining and struggling.

Mika patted Geo's arms sympathetically, her other hand pulling the girls leashes, Geo was the first to leave, trying not to let himself fall for his own guilt, Harley and Delta followed him, they were sad, they hated being away from Mika.

Next to walk off was Shana, "it seems she needs a nap, it'll be fine" said Shana, with a warm and understanding smile, Echo struggled and tried calling for Quix and Tax, but they just watched, hearts filling with guilt.

The two human girls struggled in frustration, unable to comprehend why he left them, "that's quite enough! We're going to my home and teaching you two, its not that bad" scolded Mika, she had a strong and dominating presence, waving goodbye she left with the two complaining girls.

Tax and Quix eyed their temporary humans, Trap and Jay casually stood, waiting, their eyes following Mika's distancing figure, Tax and Quix finally gained the courage to leave, they led the two, it was easy to notice the difference, these two didn't tug on the lead or hide, they just strolled along, looking about in withheld curiosity, it was almost boring, but in a nice way.

Echo was still calling out and finally shut up, he stamped his foot a couple of times and watched as they approached an apartment building, Shana opened one of many doors and took off her shoes, she scrubbed the dirt off the humans feet with a towel, Echo put up a fight but stopped and teared up at a firm "stop" from Shana, she sighed and started doing Goldie's feet, the tired child was really quick and easy to tidy up.

Shana picked Goldy up and laid her on her bed, Shana let her two humans sleep on her bed, Trap's spot was along the end of the bed, Goldy was placed in Jay's spot, which is beside Shana, Echo looked around the oddly messy apartment, it had everything everywhere but in a specific way, unhappily, Echo hid away, on the couch and under a pile of blankets, he quickly went to sleep.

Geo led his two temporary pets into his rather nice home, he had had the place passed down to him, he gained money by leasing the rooms and going to his job, Harley and Delta looked around, they waited for Geo to release the harnesses and then began to explore, they weren't trouble makers like Goldy but had more confidence than Echo.

They enjoyed the clean and pleasant place, it far outshined Mika's. Geo let them go outside and watched them, generally his two would have been trying to get at the food and taking over the couches, but these two explored and once they had finished their exploration, sat on a single seat couch, they both fit and happily began to snooze off, the peace was kind of nice, but Geo also missed his girls.

Mika pulled the resisting girls along to her small home, it had a big yard but only had a small kitchen/dining room and lounge room, and an even smaller bedroom and the bathroom was pitiful, everyone said that she lived in a box. The girls resisted and finally Mika said a stern "Enough!" Before placing them in the outdoor human areas.

A high fenced and fence roofed area, with a human sized kennel in each, they had never been separated since Geo bought them, so this scared them a little, the ground was dirt and grass, with a hole in the corner for toilet, Mika hadn't had to use those pens in a while, so the fact that she had to now was almost a little bit nostalgic.

She was a strict trainer, enforcing a merciless strategy, at least that's how Shana explained it, Mika went into her box house and left the girls to complain and shout, Mika brought out water bottles and bowls of chopped fruit, she gave them to the girls before leaving them again, this was lesson one: realise what you have and don't take it for granted, or for short, 'just suffer then' method.

Authors notes:

This  chapter is just about them leaving the park, haha sorry for the filler style chapter, I have a cold so that kinda makes me more of a slow writer. (As in slow storytelling) so I hope you still enjoyed in, leave a vote if you did :)
