{chapter 16}

[madelaine's pov]

"sorry babe about getting so mad at you for wanting alone time. if you need space i should give you space" travis sat down next to me on the couch "it's just that im leaving again for new york and i know that you dont usually come with me but this time i really want you to" he picked up my hands and placed them in his "i don't want to spend anymore time without you"

"travy i have to stay here. i have a scene to shoot on sunday, which means i have to fly over to vancouver soon. and who knows when we'll be back"

"we'll leave before sunday, my show is on wensday, we stay there thursday and leave friday"

"but i'll be tired and i can't be tired on set"

"we can leave earlier, i did want to stay an extra day so i could show you around new york but if you need your rest i'll-"

"but i also need to learn my lines and stuff"

"you can do that on the plane, in the car, in the hotel even"

"travissss"

"babe we could have so much fun. ive been planning out what we could do. i was thinking we could go see a show. They turned mean girls into a musical, and i know how much you love mean girls. And then after we could..."

travis went on and on. but i driffted off, only thinking about vanessa and where she could be. ive called everyone, but no one knew where she was. i even texted roberto to see if vanessa told him anything about where she was. he said that all he knew was vanessa wanted to use her vacation days to take a break, and that he has to reschudle our scene. which he isn't happy about.

"-i think you'll have a great time. so can you please please please come?"

and right after travis said that, i got a text from the person i was thinking about 

dont come to new york with travis

what  i thought

then it hit me. vanessa's in new york, why else would she text me out of the blue and say that?

"i'll go with you"

"why can't you come on a trip with me for once? i always beg you to come but you never do. yes i get it your busy but cant you-" he paused and looked at me "wait did you say that you'll come with me?"

"yes i did"

travis squealed and began to jump up and down in excitment 

"yay! baby im so happy that your gonna come with me! now quick, go pack your bags. we leave in 3 hours!" travis said, shooing me off the couch and leading me into my room

he kissed the top of my head "i love you baby"

"i love you"i choked out

he smiled and then walked back to the living room

i then quickly shut my door and pulled out my phone and began to text charles

madelaine: charles i know where she is!!

charles: where??

madelaine: she's in new york

charles: new york? why?

madelaine: i don't know why, she just texted me out of the blue and said don't come up to new york with travis

charles: and you are going to new york with him right?

madelaine: of course, i have to make sure she's alright. i have to know why she left

charles: well im going with you

madelaine: you can't charles, she didn't even want me to find out where she was. though her sending that text made it very obvious but that's besides the point. 

charles: i have see her too mads. you don't even understand how important it is to me. how important she is to me

madelaine: she's important to me too. if she really wanted you to come with her you'd be there and not here in LA

charles: you know what? why am i even asking you if i can go to see my own GIRLFRIEND. i get that your bestfriends and all, but i think that as her boyfriend, i know her better. im not the one she said not to find her. she said that to you

madelaine: you did not just say that

charles: i did, whether you like it or not im going

madelaine: charles you can't

charles: really? i can't? watch me

madelaine: charles!
[read 3:15 pm]

i threw my phone on the bed and screamed

"you ok babe?!" travis called from down the hall

"just peachy!" i responded 

vanessa is gonna be pissed

this was a semi short chapter i guess

i've been non stop watching glee and im almost done with it and i don't know what i'm gonna watch after:(
