Meet The Demigods!

Austin Roberts

Hey, I'm Austin Roberts, and I'm Percy Jackson's best friend, along with Jade Finnegan and Loren Wheeler.

Well, until Piper McLean came along. (YES THIS IS PIPERCY BROTP B*TCHHHH)

So, Percy disappeared sophomore year.  And he finally came back senior year.

He claimed he was, and I quote, "kidnapped by my aunt, only to be sent to Greece to f*ck up my life once again, but I met the best people ever," which stung, but ya know.

So about three months later, Percy's like, creepily excited. I'd heard about this supposed "Greek goddess girlfriend", so maybe he was going to prove that she was real. But she wasn't real before he went missing, and all of a sudden, after he's "kidnapped" he has a girlfriend. So, nice try Percy, but you don't have a girlfriend.

But anyway, it wasn't his girlfriend.

"What's got you so excited, Perce?" Jade asked. Percy kept typing on his phone, smiling. Jade snapped her fingers in his face. "Percy? Are you home?"

Percy snapped out of his daze. "What? Oh hey guys. What's up?"

"Actually, the question is, what's up with you ? Why are you so excited?" Loren asked.

Percy smiled. "Oh, my friend is transferring here. You guys'll love her."

I smiled, and so did Jade, but Loren had a fake smile plastered. Oh my gosh, of course she has a crush on him.

But Percy is as dense as a kiddy pool, so he didn't notice.

"Austin Roberts, please report to the principal's office."

Great.

When I arrived, a really hot Cherokee girl with choppy hair, feathers in her hair, and kaleidoscope eyes was waiting in the office.

"Mr. Roberts, meet Ms. McLean. She's new, and you'll be showing her around."

I extended my hand. "I'm Austin Roberts." She smiled at me.

"Piper McLean."

Did I mention she was really hot ? I mean, I would befriend her first to see if she was a nice girl, and then ask her out.

As I showed her around, I stopped by her locker.

"And finally, this is your locker. You're next to one of my best friends, Percy Jackson."

Piper smiled at his name. 

"Hey, you wanna sit with us at lunch?" I asked her. She smiled gratefully. "Yeah, thank you."

...

Eventually lunch came around, and I sat down in front of Percy, next to Loren. Jade was next to Percy, and their backs were to the entry.

I watched as Piper walked in. She scanned the crowd, and when her eyes found our table, she smirked. She took something out of her pocket. Was that a ruler?

She chucked it at our table and it landed in front of Percy. At first, he was shocked, but then he smiled.

At this point, everyone was watching in silence. He shot up, not even looking at Piper. "Piper freaking McLean, after all we've been through, you try to kill me?"

With a ruler?

Piper laughed. "What can I say? I've been hanging out with Thalia and Annabeth a lot."

Percy smiled at Thalia's name, and smiled bigger at Annabeth's.

"Without me?" he whined, fake offended.

Piper chuckled lightly. "Yes, without you. We need some girl time, Kelp Head - oh my gods, I'm becoming Thalia."

They both laughed.

"Is that so bad if it's Jason's sister?"

"You've got a point. Now get your a** over here and hug me."

Percy smirked and ran over to Piper, hugging her. Piper kissed him on the cheek sisterly. Loren scowled.

They finally noticed the crowd. "What? Can't two friends who haven't seen each other in four months see each other? Move along!" Percy scolded. People obeyed.

Percy brought Piper over to our table. "Everyone, this is Piper McLean. Piper, this is Austin, Loren, and Jade. My mor...school friends."

"I've already met Austin. He was my tour guide," Piper laughed.

After introductions, Loren snapped. "So are you two dating, or what?"

Piper scoffed while Percy laughed. "Me? With him? Please."

"Yeah, we kinda have a thing for blondes who have their sh*t together."

Piper spit out the water she was drinking and cracked up. We sat there awkwardly as they laughed.

"How long has it been since you've seen Annabeth?" Piper asked suspiciously.

"I saw her this weekend. Why?"

"Well-"

Before Piper could finish, Loren interrupted again. "Who are these...blondes?" she asked, considering the fact that she's blonde and had gotten an award for being the most organized person in our grade last year.

Piper smirked. "Well, that let's me continue my sentence. Percy's is an amazing girl. Really smart, curly hair, and apparently really good at eating Percy's face, because is that a hickey on your neck?" she asked Percy. Percy blushed red.

"Uh, well-"

"And there. And there. And-"

"Okay, well what about you? Right...there," he said, pulling Piper's shirt to show her collarbone, where a big fat bruise was shown.

Piper rolled her eyes but she could've easily been redder than Percy was. She yanked the shirt from Percy's hand and covered her collarbone.

"I'm not done! Lacy and Mitchell definitely  helped you cover up a few more. Don't lie to me, McLean. Or should I say, Grace ?" Percy taunted. Piper slapped his arm.

"Oh yeah? Well at least me and Jason weren't caught in the stables."

"We were just talking !"

"And apparently you kissed a couple times."

"Well, yeah, but-"

"See? And how many times have I walked in on Percabeth? Let me count. 5...10...15...I'm getting into the 20s..."

"Well, at least Annabeth and I were only kissing. You and Jason-"

Piper slapped a hand over his mouth. "You finish that sentence, and I'll do a lot more than pulverize you, Jackson."

Percy laughed. "Okay, okay..."

...

I didn't see Percy or Piper after that day, but I do know that Jade did. She apparently went to that summer camp thing? I don't know. But Loren did slap Piper that day, and Piper slapped her back. Hard. Actually leaving a mark.

And that's how I met the Pipercy BROTP.
