Chapter 3 The Deal

Rapunzel's Diary

OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH! Someone just came into the tower! But don't worry, I grabbed my frying pan and whacked him in the head before he noticed me. My trusty frying pan knocked him out. What is he? A thug? I put my frying pan handle on his mouth, hmm no pointy teeth. He woke up and I quickly smacked him with the frying pan again. I found a satchel around his shoulder and grabbed it. I thought that he might want it and suddenly, I had a plan. I threw the satchel and crown in a pot.I wrapped him up in a chair with my hair and Pascal stuck his tongue in the boy's ear to wake him up. He asked where his satchel was I told him that I had hidden it somewhere safe far away where he will never find it. He looked at the pot and said "It's in that pot isn't it." Pointing at the pot. I smashed the frying pan on his head again. Pascal woke him up with his tongue again. "Would u stop that?!" He said rubbing his ear. "Now it's hidden where you'll never find it."I questioned him. I asked what he wanted with my hair, who else knows my location, and other questions. He told me that he wanted nothing to do with my hair and he obviously didn't know that it was magic. He said that he saw a castle and climbed it end of story. And apparently his name is Flynn Rider.

Flynn's Diary

I woke up to a gecko on my shoulder with his tongue stuck in my ear. YICK!!! I look down and I'm sitting in a chair wrapped up in, hair? I heard a voice telling me not to struggle. It was the voice of a girl. WHOA! NO! WHERE IS MY SATCHEL?!?!?!?! I kept on shouting asking where it was. The girl finally came out and answered me. She said that she had hidden my satchel somewhere I'll never find it. I looked at her and I saw her eyes move towards a pot on the floor for a moment. I said that it was in that pot and she looked at me funny. Why is she looking at me like that? (WABANG!) I felt something in my ear. I looked over at my shoulder and that stupid gecko had his tongue stuffed up my ear again! I shook him off and rubbed my ear, trying to get the gecko spit out of my ear. "Would you stop that?!" I shouted. The girl started asking me a bunch of questions like what my name is, who else knows her location, and even what I wanted to do with her hair?!?!?!?!?!?!? What the?!?!?!?! I asked "Why on earth would I want your hair?!?!?" "Look, the only thing that I want to do with your hair is to get out of it, literally!!" She looked confused that I wanted nothing to do with her hair. So I asked her to give me my satchel and let me go. Of course, she said no. But she agreed to make me a deal. She said that if I take her to see the lanterns then she will give me back my satchel. At first I said no but I then realized that it was my only chance of getting the satchel back. So, I agreed.

Rapunzel's Diary

I proposed a deal to him. I told him that if he takes me to see the floating lights, which he calls lanterns, and brings me home safe, then and only then will I return his satchel to him. He said no at first, he said that he and the kingdom aren't exactly getting along right now, but then I convinced him by promising that I will keep my end of the deal if he keeps his. And then I told him how I never EVER break a promise. And now he trust me. Oh man I just can't wait to see the floating lights!!!

Flynn's Diary

Man I just can't wait to get this over with!
