A football flew up into the air, when suddenly a much bigger Jonathan Joestar ran over, jumped up and grabbed it.
"He caught it!" An announcer cried. "The ball intercepted by the school hero, Jonathan Joestar!" Eleanor smiled from the sidelines.
"Run, Jonathan!" She cheered and he took off running down the field.
"Jonathan Joestar, the mild-mannered, 195-cm giant sprints for goal with a roar! Can he win this last game before graduating?!" Suddenly a boy from the other team ran at Jonathan and tackled him. "He's been tackled!" Eleanor didn't flinch as she 'watched' Jonathan manage to keep himself steady. "But he's still standing! Two more fly in! Three men are on him!"
Even though three men were on him, Jonathan somehow put on a determined face and started to walk towards the goal!
"Incredible!" The announcer cried. "He's dragging them along in his charge towards the goal! What power! What determination! He's a juggernaut!"
"Damn right he is," Eleanor thought with a smile.
Suddenly another boy tackled Jonathan, and he started to waver.
"He's wavering at last!" Jonathan's eyes widened, and he quickly threw the ball away from him. "There's the pass!" Suddenly Dio ran forward and caught the football with ease. "It's good! Look who caught it! It's Dio! That's our Dio Brando!"
"Run, Dio!" Eleanor cheered, smiling wide. "Run!" Two boys tried to tackle Dio, but Dio quickly moved away from them.
"Can he make it?!"
Two boys stood in Dio's way. One lunged at him, but he used him as leverage and he jumped over the boy.
"He dodges one! And another! He's done it! He's free! He shows off his lightning speed!" Dio ran to the endzone, Eleanor laughing as he dramatically tumbled into the end zone. Everyone started cheering. "They did it! They've won their final game!" Dio was lifted by his teammates and he chuckled.
"JoJo and Dio," one of the teammates said. "What teamwork! What an amazing duo!"
Jonathan smiled as he walked to his teammates. He and Dio locked hands and looked each other in the eye.
"We did it, JoJo!" Dio said.
"That was some fine running, Dio!" Jonathan replied.
"Yeah, but it was all thanks to you."
"And thanks to me teaching you how to run like that." Dio and Jonathan turned to see Eleanor standing there, looking in the direction of the boys, hands on her hips and smiling. Dio chuckled and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, causing her to squeal as he brought her close to him.
"I guess that is true," Dio said and Eleanor elbowed him gently in the ribs. "Now, why don't you tell me how excellent that goal was?"
Eleanor rolled her eyes.
"You were just being a damn show off, Dio," Eleanor said as she slipped out of his hold.
Eleanor couldn't see in a normal way anymore. After some training, she developed a way to see through what was basically a sonar. She heightened her hearing enough so that she can hear things far away. She uses sound like a sonar to bounce sound off of objects, and through that she can make out shapes and forms. She can't read signs, books, or see outside when she's in a carriage.
"This victory belongs to them!" The announcer cried, referring to Jonathan and Dio. "They're the pride of our school!"
"JoJo," Dio said. "Let's tell Father about this right away!"
