Kakyoin woke up with a scream, Eleanor and Polnareff jumping back in surprise. They weren't expecting their friend to wake up like that.

"Kakyoin! Kakyoin!" Polnareff shouted, Kakyoin silencing his screams when he realized he was awake. "Come on, give me a break! Stop freaking out and shaking the bed like you're in The Exorcist. You scared me to death."

Eleanor stepped forward, placing a reassuring hand on Kakyoin's shoulder.

"Bad dream?" Eleanor questioned, but Kakyoin seemed to ignore her.

"Where are we?" The redhead questioned.

"Don't ask dumb questions," Polnareff stated, Eleanor shooting the Frenchman a look. "What? Come on Kakyoin, get up already." Polnareff walked over to the window and threw it open to reveal a runaway. "Once we eat, we're flying outta here. Today looks like another hot one." Kakyoin sighed, finally starting to relax a bit.

"I had a terrifying dream," Kakyoin said in a low voice. "It was truly terrifying."

"Ooh, what did you dream about?" Polnareff questioned, suddenly curious. "Let's hear it!"

"Well, I can't remember. I've forgotten it all," Kakyoin admitted.

"What?"

"Anyway, it was terrifying. You guys saved me when you woke me up."

Eleanor hummed and patted Kakyoin's back.

"We'll wait for you, get changed," Eleanor said, she and Polnareff grabbing their things. "Hurry, we're about to leave."

Eleanor and Polnareff walked out to give Kakyoin his space.

"I'm going to go catch up with Jotaro and Joseph," Eleanor stated, running off before Polnareff could protest he didn't want to be in a hotel alone.

She found her way to their track, and stood beside Jotaro.

"What do you mean we can't use it now?" Joseph asked the man selling them a plane, motioning to it. "You said last night you'd sell it, and even took my money."

"I'll return your money," the seller stated. "You see, the baby's sick. It's a 39 deg. C. fever."

"Huh?"

"There's no doctor in this town, so we have to take the baby somewhere else."

Joseph groaned in annoyance.

"Th-Then how about that plane over there?"

"That one's broken."

Eleanor heard Polnareff and Kakyoin approaching, turning to face them.

"What's up?" Polnareff asked. "Some kind of argument?"

"Yeah," Jotaro confirmed.

"A baby..." Kakyoin mumbled, staring at the sick baby a woman was holding.

"The plane will be back tomorrow night," the seller stated. "I can sell it to you after that."

"Tomorrow night?" Joseph asked again, grabbing the man by his jacket. "Someone's life is on the line for us too. We can't afford to spend two days lollygagging."

"Then are you going to let that baby die?"

Joseph's eyes widened, pausing.

"Um, how about this?" The woman holding the baby interrupted. "Let's leave the baby with these gentlemen, who can visit the doctor on their way."
