"And ending position. Straight arms, lovely faces, pointed feet. Okay that's enough for this morning, off to school now. I want everyone back here straight after school." Miss.Emilia called to the dancers.
"Walk with me?" Kayleigh asked Adeline as they grabbed their bags. "Yeah of course." she responded.
As they were walking Kayleigh kept rambling on about the competition this weekend, but all Adeline could think of was last night.
"I think you two need to talk." Steve said pushing Peter into the room. Noah stood up "Yeah, I'm gonna give you two some privacy." he said walking out the room leaving the two siblings on their own.
The two sat in awkward silence for around 10 minutes just staring at the wall in front of them until it was broken by Peter clearing his throat "So um Addy um I just wanted to um say sorry um for earlier um-"
"Peter I swear to god if you say 'um' one more time." Adeline threatened the nervous boy.
"Okay okay sorry, anyway I wanted to say sorry I was totally out of line earlier I shouldn't of slapped you I'm the worst big brother in the world and I deserve to rot in hell for what I did to yo-" Peter rushed out before being cut off by Adeline.
"Woah woah woah Peter calm down you have nothing to be sorry for I'm the one who said some awful stuff I deserved it." Adeline said guilt written on her face. "What? No! You didn't deserve it. I was the one that started all of this. I was the one who said unforgivable stuff. I was the one that slapped you! Yeah sure we've fought before and hurt each other but not like this!" Peter exclaimed. "Listen I was just angry and worried and I took it all out on you. You have to understand when I saw you collapse I thought- I thought you were seriously injured and I couldn't stand to see you do this to yourself again. I was just so worried what if this time you don't recover?" Peter said softly.
Adeline getting hurt is his number one fear. That's why he kept the Spider-Man secret from her and that's why he told people about her the first time, he was just worried. Seeing Adeline lying in a hospital bed hooked up to all these machines was a sight he never wanted to see again and would stop it by any means possible.
"I- I'm so sorry. You were right I was being selfish and a hypocrite. I guess I just got so caught up with this idea of being perfect and good enough that I forget about everyone else. I never meant to hurt anyone especially not you and Aunt May." Adeline said tears welling up in her eyes.
At this Peter rushed forward and hugged Adeline "You have nothing to be sorry about. You are perfect to me." he whispered in her ear while gently stroking her hair and holding her while she cried into his shoulder.
"Addy? Adeline" Kayleigh said waving her hand over the Parker girls face snapping her out of her flashback. "Oh I'm sorry I just spaced out there for a moment."
"It's fine, anyway as I was saying-"

"Hey baby." Noah greeted walking over to where Adeline was sitting with a lunch tray. "Hey Alex."
"Noah!" Alex shouted getting up and hugging him, Noah laughed hugging Alex back tightly. "Excuse me Mr why do I not have a pet name like 'baby'?" Alex faked being cross crossing his arms over his chest. "You do sugar plum." Noah said ruffling the boys hair.
Adeline laughed at the idiots that were her best friends before greeting Noah back "Hey Noah." "Where's Riele?" Noah questioned noticing that the curly haired girl was absent. "Detention." "Of course."
"Are you two free on Sunday?" Adeline asked the two boys in front of her. "Adeline I have like five friends and no life of course I'm free." Alex said. "Don't you mean four, you're grandma doesn't count." Noah said smirking at the blue eyed boy. "Shut up Noah you're only friends are your One Direction posters on your wall."
"THAT WAS FOUR YEARS AGO!" Noah shouted making a few people sitting near them questioning looks. Adeline laughed pinching Noah's cheeks "Leave the poor boy alone."
"I'm free as well. Why?" Noah said glaring at Alex who was still sniggering at him.
"Well I have a competition then and was hoping you'd like to come?" "HELL YEAH!" both boys exclaimed together "You're dances are always so good I wouldn't miss it for the world." Noah said smiling at Adeline who smiled back.
Alex broke their eye contact putting his face in front of Noah's smiling at Adeline "What he said." Noah scoffed pushing Alex's face away. "Okay great now all I need to ask is Riele."
Later Riele joined the group sitting down next to Adeline "Hey guys." "Riele!" Adeline shouted jumping into the girls lap mimicking the way that Noah and Alex greeted each other. "Adeline!" Riele shouted back not even caring that she had jumped in her lap as she was so used to it.
Adeline turned her face so it was in front of Riele's "Are you free this Sunday? I have a competition and was wondering if you would like to come? Alex and Noah are coming as well." Adeline rushed out. "Of course I'm coming!"
"Come on the bell just rung we need to get to class." Alex said standing up making the three teenagers around him groan in protest but stand up nevertheless.

So this was kinda a filler chapter to kind of set the scene of what happened between Peter and Addy and I'm trying to show the gangs friendship as they are all extremely close to each other. Also can I just say thank you for nearly 10k views I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH.
