The World I'm Supposed To Live In

The Counsel is a group of people who decide the rules and how to punish people who break them. There are 5 rules:
1. Do not kill humans unless you have FULL permission of the counsel
2. Do not get involved in human politics or media
3. Follow all human laws
4. Only hunt at night (Vampires and werewolfs only)
5. Cast legal spells only (witches and warlocks)
Breaking these rules will result in death.
