First Baptist Church, Grant's Pass
I called Thor and told him the good news, about Clay, not Amber. He bursted with excitement and told me he'd meet me there, when I told him I needed a ride. He offered to pick me up, so when he got here I got in and we headed towards the hospital. We got there right as Clay had arrived, we see Xavier, Grace, Tatsuya, and Clay's family walk in after the paramedics. I walk up to Clay's mom, "How's the spleen?", I ask, "No longer at the top of the list of things to worry about, so that's good. Umm... I think he's just recovering from the gunshot itself. He's able to stand up, walk, talk, laugh, and eat now.", "That's awesome!", Thor interrupts, "Can I go see him?", Thor asks, "Be my guest.", Clay's mom replied. Thor took off into Clay's room, and they started chit-chatting the moment Thor arrived. "How's the abs?", Thor asks with a chuckle, "Ha-ha, asshole. I'm still fit, I just gotta be cautious for a month or two.", "They said three, Clay Jensen.", his mom responds. "Two and a half, whatever, I can conquer this.", he laughs, it's good to see Clay up and rambling again. I'll bet he's ready to have his flannel shirts back though. Thor talks to me and Clay about a meeting, and tells me to stay here during it so Thor can call me, and Clay and I could be present. I wait until Thor buzzes Clay's or my phone. He video chats Clay, he answers, and everyone freaks out. Everyone who still plays a present role in the brotherhood is at the meeting, DJ and Thor made up, everything seems to be going fine.
