"come on! stay for a while. it's too dangerous for you to drive when the weather is like this." jinae told seungcheol who was walking back to his car.

it was raining heavily. the wind blowing was strong. the sky was dark.

"i can make you coffee if you want one." jinae added.

"thank you, jinae. but i should really go. isn't it better to go home while it's still early?" seungcheol asked and jinae pouted slightly while thinking.

"you're right. fine." she said softly.

seungcheol smiled and ruffled jinae's hair. "don't worry. i'll tell you when i get home. okay?"

jinae nodded and told him, "thank you for bringing me home, seungcheol."

"no worries."

the two stayed quiet for a few minuted until jinae broke the silence. "you don't really want to stay longer?"

seungcheol laughed. "you want me to stay?"

jinae nodded. seungcheol was surprised at her response. "you want me to stay?"

jinae gasped. "i— no. what i mean is... yeah. but because i think it's too dangerous to drive at this state." she said and pressed her lips together.

seungcheol suddenly flicked her forehead. "what was that for?" jinae asked.

"stop overthinking. i'll be fine." he said with a smile plastered on his face.

"fine. fine. you may go. if you would insist." jinae said before pushing him out of her gate but seungcheol stopped her and brought her in back to her house.

"it's raining. just stay inside. you don't have to walk me outside your house." seungcheol said and jinae understood the situation so she stayed inside.

"bye!" she said and raised her hand and waved it slightly.

seungcheol ran to his car. staring at the road, he can't help but think of jinae. he looked back at jinae's house and saw her standing outside their house.

he sighed. how stubborn could she get? he blew the horn of his car startling jinae. she ran back to her house and closed all doors and gate.

how cute.
