(A/N. *Shrugs*)

"Hey Mrs. White!" Bianca chirped, bounding into her friend's home.

Mrs. White stepped away as Bianca rushed into her home, "Hello Bianca!" She turned to another figure in the doorway, "Don't be a stranger, Cheren! Come in!"

Cheren pushed his glasses up his nose and walked inside, shutting the door behind him.

"Hilda still moping?" He asked.

Mrs. White sighed, "Yes..."

Bianca's smile wavered, "Well that's why we're here! Right Cherry?"

Cheren grunted, "Yeah."

Cheren and Bianca made their way upstairs to their friend's room, opening the door to a dark room.

The curtains were closed, light attempting (and failing) to leak in through them. Miscellaneous candy wrappers were strewn about, and an empty ice cream container and various bowls of uneaten cereal sat on the nightstand. An odd odor stuck in the room, most likely the smell of old food. The radio next to the bed played "Right here waiting" by Richard Marx on repeat. A Serperior was laying on the floor at the foot of the bed, it's head resting on the mattress. A lump formed under the blanket, and a hand was reaching out and stroking the Serperior's muzzle.

Cheren groaned, turned the lights on, and turned the radio off, "Hilda, this is getting ridiculous!"

The lump under the blanket made noise, "Go away."

Cheren crossed his arms, "This is stupid. Get up." He barked.

A sigh was heard and the lump sat up, it's face now visible. Hilda huddled her blanket around her like a Swadloon.

"What do you want?" She asked, squinting slightly at the lights.

"You need to get over N and get up!"

Hilda winced at the mention of N's name, "I can't..."

"Why not?"

"Because I love him, Cheren!"

"Get over it! He's gone!" Cheren hissed.

Hilda sobbed and hid in her blanket. Serperior growled.

Bianca put a hand on Cheren's shoulder and pushed him away, "You're not helping." She stated, strolling over to the window. She pulled back the curtains and opened the window, allowing in fresh air and sunlight.

Bianca sat next to Hilda on the bed, "Hilda, I know how much it hurts that N's gone-"

"-Don't say his name," Hilda's muffled voice demanded, "Please..." she whispered.

Bianca nodded, "Okay...could you come out of your cocoon please?" She asked gently.

Hilda's face appeared again, this time stained with tears.

Cheren's expression softened. He felt terrible. He had made her cry. He hated seeing her sad- it made his heart ache.

Serperior laid his head in his trainer's lap. Hilda's hands appeared from the blanket and pet her partner.

"It's been a month, Hild," Bianca said, "I understand that you're sad, but it's time to move on."

Hilda frowned, "You don't get it..."

"That's no-"

"-You could never get it!" Hilda yelled, "He was my world! He made me feel like I was worth something! He made me feel worth while!"

"You shouldn't need someone to make you feel worth while. You should know that yourself." Cheren said.

Hilda sniffled, "He gave me a purpose, Cheren" she got quieter as she spoke, "He gave me a purpose and I fell in love with him...Can't you understand?"

"Your purpose in life isn't to be with him."

"That's not what I was talking about..." Hilda grumbled.

"Look Hilda," Bianca sighed, "You can still find your purpose in life! I know it's out there somewhere! You just gotta get up and find it!"

Find your purpose

Tears stopped flowing from Hilda's eyes and she nodded, "Okay...I'll get up."

Bianca beamed, "Great! Take a shower though."

Bianca and Cheren left the room, going downstairs to wait in their friend.

Hilda made up her mind.

She would leave tonight.
