Goodbye // Part 20

This month went by so fast. It felt like it was only a week. But Al and I have a family in Belgium and they want us to come back.

Hanna, Alsace and I became closer over the month and we became very good friends with the boys. Alsace is dating Daniel ofcourse and they look super cute. Hanna is VERY close with Zach and Jack. And me? Well, Corbyn and I got closer with the day. Christina loves how we look so much alike. But, now, we have to say goodbye.

'Have a safe flight, girls', Hanna said after giving us a bone-crushing hug. 'We'll see each other soon again', I say while the tears start welling up. I turn around and notice Daniel and Alsace in a hug. Jonah walks up to me and gives me a big hug: 'Come back soon... I will miss you...' I can't help it; a tear rolls down my cheek. 'Don't cry Ambi. You don't have to miss us for that long. We can FaceTime.'

I smile: 'Promise me one thing, Stay your happy self.' he hugs me: 'I promise.' I say goodbye to the others and take Alsace with me.

'hey, Bambi? Did Aspen say goodbye to you?', Alsace asks me when we are on the plane. 'Nah, she didn't. It doesn't surprise me though. She can't stand me.' She nodds: 'True. And what do you think of that girl Jonah keeps talking about?'

Jonah went to the beach more often. I asked him if I could go with him and every time he said NO. After a few days, he started talking about a girl named Tatum, OR as he calls her 'Tate'. Maybe I notice this now but, I have developed feelings for Jonah. And he doesn't know. Nobody does. 'If he is happy, I am happy', I whisper, hiding my jealousy.
