The boy who worried // part 11

'Amber? Do you have a blancket? It is cold here', Jonah says. I throw a fleece without saying a word. I feel like I should fool him. I know he is in Gryffindor and I am in Slytherin. 'Thanks? I suppose?', he sounds confused. He looks at me, comes closer and wraps the fleece around us. 'This is way better, don't you think?', he asks. I start acting like a real Slytherin: 'I don't want to be wrapped in a fleece with a Gryffindor.' I am shocked about my own voice because it sounds really disgusted. Jonah turns his head and looks at me: 'What is wrong with Gryffindors?' I have to hold my laughter because he really sounds confused. I go even further: 'Why am I even talking to you? You filthy Gryffindor!' I am having fun with this. Jonah isn't really enjoying it: 'Amber, stop! You are scaring me!'

'I am a Slytherin, a Serpent! I don't talk with Gryffindors, I despise them!' he is looking at me with this cute, confused look. Then, he tickles me. 'How dare you to talk to a Gryffindor like that!?' he says with a smile. I scream 'Stop it Jonah!' he stops and tells me I scared the life out of him: 'I thought you really hate me!' he yells. I laugh even harder: 'Ofcourse not! I love you! You are one of my best friends!' he calms down and we rewind the film. We are cuddling, I close my eyes and tell myself that this feels like real love. 

'Amber, don't fall asleep. You should sleep at night. not while watching a movie', he says with a smile.

'Well, that is the problem Jonah', I say without opening my eyes, 'My brain doesn't stop working when I want it to. All the problems, they pass by and I can't stop thinking about them.' Jonah hugs me tighter: 'You know we are here for you if you want to talk about it. I want you to be healthy and happy. Do you mind if I tell the others this?', he asks me. 

'Not at all Jonah', I whisper, 'I am calm now, and sleepy.' He gives me the fleece and gets back into the cuddling: 'Then close your eyes, I'll stay here. and - ' 

I didn't hear the other words because I fell asleep.
