Okay, I know I've done a really bad job at this so far, but I want to incorporate more of the Avengers in this book. So I'ma try, wish me luck! Also, let us remember that this is set in the mid fall, soooooo...

Bucky's POV

I awoke to the harsh sound of someone continuously pounding on the front door, so either there was an emergency or Tony was being very brave. Nobody wakes me up before 8 unless they wish to be severely maimed.

I threw the door open, "What!?"

As I suspected, it was Tony, "Hurry up and get dressed. Dr. Cho will be here soon. Get down to the lab," he demanded.

I just glared at him and grumbled something unintelligible before slamming the door in his face. I ambled my way back to my room and lazily got dressed in sweats and a t-shirt. I dragged myself to the kitchen and made some coffee and oatmeal.

After downing my very balanced breakfast and feeling a little more awake, I made my way to elevator. When the doors slid open, there was Nat, looking just about as tired as me. How ironic it was that the both of us could be awake for days on a mission but god forbid you wake us up before nine at home.

"Mornin'," I grumbled, stepping into the lift.

"Morning," she grumbled back, "Did you bother thinking about what I told you?"

"Nope, I did better."

She raised an eyebrow.

"We're trying things together, taking it slow, but trying."

All her tiredness seemed to slip away in a matter of seconds, "Wait, really?"

I hummed in response, not really finding the energy to talk.

"Wow, never saw that happening by yourselves," she admitted with surprise.

I glanced at her, "why's that?"

"I figured it would take some pushing from Sam and I before you guys actually admitted anything. But you guys grew up on your own, I'm so proud," she said patting my cheek.

"I'm gonna punch you," I grumbled, pushing her hand away from my face.

"Love you too," she said as the elevator doors opened. We both stepped off and headed towards the lab where we would be meeting Dr. Cho.

When we entered the doors of the lab, we were met with Tony welding something to a suit, Bruce moving things to make space for Cho's equipment, Clint (who had just come back from a very long spy mission) was creeping around in the rafters and occasionally popping down to startle Tony, and lastly Steve who, thanks to his enhancements, was able to sit up in a wheel chair.

Steve smiled at us as we entered. I walked over to him right as Clint dropped from the ceiling to give Nat a hug.

"How ya feeling Stevie?" I asked, giving him a peck on the top of his head.

"I hurt, but not as much as I did yesterday, so I guess that's an improvement," he replied with a smile.

Clint gasped, "Do we have another set of lovebirds!?"

"Yes, Clint. They have decided to try it out," Tasha replied as she slipped her arm around Bruce's waist, pecking him on the lips.

He gasped louder, "I did not see that coming!" He said with utmost sarcasm.

"Were you guys betting on this or something?" Steve asked, turning slightly red.

"Yes, actually," Tony answered, lifting up his welding goggles, "Romanoff owes me tens bucks."
