01. The Meeting

-Camila-

"So have you picked what your next single would be?" My manager Bella asked me as we were sitting in her office. We have been in this meeting for hours talking about all the next steps that I should take in my career, going on talk shows, promoting my album and now choosing and filming a music video for my next single. The first single I ever put out was a song called 'dead' and then when I announced my album my second single was for the record 'home with you', that was a few months ago and now I need to choose a new single.

"I think so" I replied snapping out of my thoughts and sitting up straight. "What song did you have in mind?" She asked intrigued by what I'm about to say next.
"Okay so I was thinking that we have a contrast from home with you that was upbeat you know? I was thinking maybe we'll do 'I almost do' and for the music video we could bring an actor or something to play the love Interest and we make this video like black and white and emotional." I stop talking realizing I have ben talking for a while now "so what do you think?" I ask waiting to see how she reacts to my pitch.

"I like it." She said nodding and smiling "I think it's really good to do this ballad and show another side of that we hadn't really touched. Good job Camila. You can go now I think we're done for the day." She says getting up as I was getting up as well and hugging me goodbye.

Just as I was about to leave her office she asks me a question "wait a minute before you go, for the music video did you want to hire a female actress as well or do you want to act there?" She asks. I turn to her "I think I want to be in the music video it would be a nice change to act a little bit and because I wrote the song I think it would be nice to actually show how I felt when I was writing it."

"Okay then I'll start making contact with producers and directors as well as looking at options for the male character in the music video." She said leaning on her office door frame. "Okay then let me know when there's progress" I say as I start walking towards the elevator. "Will do have a nice day Cami" she said starting to close her door "you too" I shout back.

Just as the elevator arrives I walk in and say "damn that was a long day". "I was going to ask long day at the office? But I just heard you mumble that it was so now I have nothing else to say but hi I'm Tom, big fan". I hear a voice behind me say and I jump lightly as I didn't expect someone to be there.

As I turn around I see Tom freaking Holland standing there in the elevator. "Are you kidding me? I think I'm the big fan here" I say excitedly and laugh a bit and I see him smile as well. "Well you've been famous for longer than I have so I think I'm the bigger fan" he said still grinning. "Fine I'll give that to you but I'm still a huge fan. I loved you as Spider-Man in all the movies so far. I'm really excited for infinity war" I say to him hoping I don't sound like a crazy fan girl.

"Thank you that means so much coming from you." He said giving me one last smile before exiting the elevator and I exit after him.

"so what are you doing in this building today?" He asked as we were walking towards the exit of the building. "Had a meeting with my manager about upcoming events and stuff you know?" I tell him "what about you? what are doing here?" I ask
"Well my manager is also at this building and I was also in a meeting about upcoming events and auditions." He says as we both walk out of the building.

"Well then seeing as both our managers work in this building I guess I'll see you around" I say and give him a smile as I'm about to turn the way to my car seeing as he was starting to walk the other way to his car I assume. "Definitely Camila, I'll see you around" hey says giving me a small wave and a big smile.
