It was the day of the vmas and I was in my hotel room getting my hair and make up done with Bella and Olivia seeing as I'm taking them with me to the show.
"I'm so excited for the premiere of the music video today" i say
"You should" Liv started "I haven't seen it yet but it's probably the best one you've ever done"
There was a knock on the door and we all looked at each other "are we excepting someone?" Bella asked "no" Liv and I replied and Bella walked to the door and opened it and I could see Harrison standing there.
"Haz what are you doing here? Come in though" I say "oh and meet Bella my manager and Olivia my best friends" I said introducing them to each other as this is actually the first time they are meeting. They all said hi to each other.
"Well turns out tom is taking that girl Vanessa that I told you about yesterday to the show today" he said not looking to excited
"You don't sound too happy about that" I point out looking at him through the mirror while getting my make up done
"Yeah I just figured it'd be us tonight having fun as friends but now she's coming and she'll probably just want to be with tom alone and take him away from us all night"
"I'm sure she won't do that, I mean if tom is dating this girl then she's probably really nice I mean he won't date a bitch" I say trying to reason with him
"Is he even dating her?" Olivia asks looking confused
"I didn't really ask if they're official but I just assumed they are if he'd taking her to an awards show" he said
"Whatever haz you need to get ready we're leaving in two hours" I say rushing him
"Okay Okay I'm leaving thanks for talking to me. See you later guys" he said and walked out
"Is he really cute or am I crazy?" Olivia asks looking at him leaving
"He is cute" I say nodding and smiling "and single" I add and smirk
"Ugh Whatever Cami just focus on getting ready, you are going to walk a red carpet after all" she says and Bella just chuckled at our interactions.
----- We just finished getting ready and we were leaving the hotel room and walking towards the elevator when we saw Tom Harrison and I'm guessing Vanessa standing there as well. Damn she is really pretty, I mean I assumed she's be pretty if she's dating tom but she's actually beautiful.
"Hey Cami" tom says as he sees me and hugs me "feels like I haven't seen you in ages" he adds
"Yeah it does" I agree "tom this is Olivia the best friend and Bella the manager" I say
We got into the elevator and tom spoke up "Nice to meet you guys, this is Vanessa. Nessa this is Camila and as she said Olivia and Bella" he says introducing us
"Hey" she said softly and waved and we returned saying hi as well. The elevator ride was a little awkward as it was silent and when we got to the lobby we all walked out to the big black car that was waiting for us to take us to the venue.
The ride was nice seeing as I sat between Harrison and Olivia, who by the got along very well, and when we got there everyone but me and Tom went straight through the red carpet not doing the whole pictures and interview part because they aren't 'famous'. Tom walked before me on the carpet and the photographs shouted at him to look to each way possible and after he moved on a bit I got on as well taking pictures when I heard them start to shout that they want a picture of me and Tom together.
I looked over at tom with a questioning look seeing if he heard it to and if he's up for it which I guess the answer is yes because he reached his hand out to me and we stood by each other letting them take pictures of us.
"Won't your girlfriend be jealous that you're taking pictures with me and not her?" I ask half joking
"She's not the jealous type" he said, of course she not. She had to be perfect once again "and we wouldn't take pictures like this because were trying to keep it on the low you know? She's not used to the spotlight so we're putting that off as much as we can" he says. "Sounds smart" I say "probably not your plan" I say and laugh as I walk away from him and go to do some interviews.

Once the clock hit 1 am me and Liv walked into our hotel room "thank god we're back this was a long night" I say as I crashed on the bed taking my heels off
"Yeah especially for you" Liv says crashing on her bed
"What do you mean especially for me?"
"I mean you had to sit next to tom the entire night as he was having fun with his girlfriend" she said
"Why would I care about that?"
"Because you like tom" she said like it was the most obvious thing ever
"I like him as a friend" I say sitting up and looking over at my best friend
"sure you do and I'm married to harry styles" she said rolling her eyes.
"I really don't like him like that" at least I don't think I do
"Whatever you say Cami" she said as she got up and went to the bathroom.
We both got ready for bed and I couldn't stop thinking about what Olivia said. Do I really Like tom as more than a friend? I mean there was a connection when we first met but I just thought it was friendly but talking to him and being around him does feel different then it does when I'm around Harrison or Alicia for that matter. A good different though, I think.
I can't like tom though, he has a girlfriend now and I don't want to be apart of a messy love triangle plus I just got out of a relationship a few months ago I'm not ready for another one. The thought of liking tom kept me up most of the night and when I finally fell asleep I was still thinking about him.
