Kristen met us a day before the tour officially started. She was nice and had the prettiest curly brown hair. We both got along really well, especially after I saw her red and blue hair streaks. She made Luke really happy too, which was good. He always had a huge smile plastered on his face when he was around her. They were so cute together!

We all loaded up in the tour bus that was going to be our home for the next few months. We had a bus and the One Direction boys had a bus. While the rest of the boys were fighting over who got what bunk Mikey and I piled up on one of the top bunks. I was playing a game on his phone while he was listening to music on mine.

I got bored of playing the game so I decided to snoop through some of his pictures. He didn’t even notice until I started laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe. He took his headphones off and looked at me. “Are you alright?” he asked with a nervous laugh. I just shook my head and showed him the picture. “I thought I deleted that,” he hissed as he tried to take his phone back.

I jumped off of the bunk and ran in where the boys were with Mikey hot on my tail. I ran behind Ashton and sent the picture to my phone before Mikey could get his phone back. He took his phone out of my hands and deleted the picture of him hanging upside down on a rope wall. His feet were the only things holding him up and the look on his face was enough to tell you that he had lost his grip and fallen. “Just for that you’re not getting any cuddles tonight,” he threatened.

“You won’t last ten minutes trying to sleep without my cuddles,” I challenged.

“Watch me!” he yelled as he stomped off to the bunk. I knew he was just joking and so did the rest of the boys.

I walked in and lay down on one of the solo top bunks. There were six bunks two sets of top and bottom bunks and then two more top bunks just by themselves. I pulled the sheet over my shoulders and tried to get comfortable in the small space. I’m barely over 5’ 8’’ so I don’t see how the boys can even fit in their bunks. The rest of the boys found a bunk and we all said our goodnights.

About twenty minutes later I heard someone jump out of bed. I rolled over as the curtain hiding my bed was pulled back. “You win,” Michael sighed as he climbed into my bunk,” I can’t sleep.”

“I knew you would come back,” I sighed as his arms wrapped around my waist. “Do I know you or what?”

“Yeah, yeah, whatever,” he muttered.

The first concert of the tour rocked! The One Direction lads were their usual selves and we were being as crazy as normal. Savannah opened for the concert and we did a duet of Miss You by Blink 182. We all loved the dares sent in by on Twitter. It was all going great until we got ready to leave.

I was back in the tour bus with Savannah waiting for the rest of the boys. We were sitting cross legged on the couch facing each other while I played with her hands. “What do you want to do?” she asked.

“Why don’t you tell me some about you?” I questioned. I was dying to learn more about her.

“You already know everything about me that you need to know,” she snapped.

“No, I don’t. I don’t know anything about your family or your life before you moved to Australia.”

“You don’t need to know any of that.”

“Why not? Why won’t you tell me?”

“I don’t like talking about my family or my life.” Our voices were rising with every word we spoke.

“No, you just don’t trust me enough to tell me anything!”

“You’re right! I don’t trust you! I don’t trust anybody and I never will because last time I did that they betrayed my trust and destroyed it!” she screamed. The last few words were almost cut off by a sob, but she held her ground.

I walked up to her, but for every step I took towards her she took two away from me. She only stopped once she had backed up against a wall. She looked up at me with tears in her eyes before she dropped to the ground and covered her head with her arms. “I’m not going to hurt you. I wouldn’t even dare think about it,” I whispered as I pulled her up into a bear hug. She sobbed into my chest as I held her upright. It killed me to see her this broken, but I didn’t even know what had broken her so bad in the first place.

“I’m sorry, it’s just,” she paused and took a big breath,” Trust takes years to build, seconds to destroy, and forever to repair. Mine’s been destroyed far, far beyond repair.”

I thought for a moment before saying,” What if the ‘forever’ was just a typo for ‘the right person’?”

She condescendingly laughed. “When you’ve got a secret like mine, you never think you can trust again.” I didn’t push her anymore, but I vowed then and there that I was going to show her she could trust me if it was the last thing I ever did.
