Your POV
You waited unily woods was asleep. Then you walked out of his room. not wanting to wake him you took off your shoes and walked in your socks to make no noise. you walked down the stairs and to the tall man's office. You was about to knock, when a voice rang from behind you. "You shouldn't be up child." You spun around and there he was. "Many people in this home would kill you on sight had I not seen you awake." He said.
Die? That sounds more inviting than to live. Why should I even ask? It's not worth it. I can't go back. but I need to. There's still something I have to do, so they know what they did to me.
"I have request." You said.
"A request?" He said. sounding confused. "What kind of request?" he asked.
"All I ask, is that you allow me to return to my home. so that I may finish the last few weeks of school. The last 5 weeks of school I mean."
"I cannot grant that request. I cannot risk to spreading the word of our existence."
You couldn't help but chuckle. Not smiling. But chuckling.
"Everyone in that God forsaken town, thinks I'm insane. they wouldn't believe me even if I told them. They lock me up in an asylum." You said.
"No. Now go back to your room. You will meet everyone tomorrow." You sighed. You went back up stairs to the room slender made you share with woods. You noticed Woods wasn't anywhere to been seen. You sat on his bed. looking around. His room was messy. You liked it that way. You felt safe in his room.
Your eyes were feeling droopy. You realised, you havent slept at all since the incident with Woods in your back yard.
You laid on your side on his bed. your hood over you head. your head on your arms. And half your body off the bed. You soon drifted off into a sleep. filled with nothing darkness, despair, pain, and or course, torture.
