NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Hey All!
Hope you guys are enjoying the story. Just wanted to tell you that from this chapter onwards the intimacy between some characters will increase. So, for those of you who aren't mature enough to be reading it, or don't like reading such things, I suggest you to do yourself a favour and read something else.
And for those who can handle that (you know what I am talking about), fasten your seat belts. The plane is about to take off! *winks *

Happy Reading!

>David's POV<

Just as Victor predicted, Alexa was definitely ignoring me. And for some reason, that turned me on even more. It took every ounce of my self control to not just pounce on her and make her mine.
So, it definitely wasn't helping that she looked absolutely intoxicating and was wearing red.
It was more than just my favourite colour.
It was the colour of my soul.

As my thoughts got more and more intense, and my imagination started running wild, I was subconsciously smoldering at her from across the room. She looked a little freaked.

"You are scaring her, Dave. Stop it! Also, if the temperature in here starts to rise any more, I will be forced to throw you into the ocean."
Victor could obviously read my dirty thoughts, and it was no surprise that he got offended. He loved her too, but wasn't in love with her.

To a person who didn't know anything about us, that comment would have sounded utterly ridiculous. But, it made perfect sense to me.

Okay Vic. I'll try to control myself. And keep your mouth shut idiot! There are others like us on board. I can sense it.

Mind conversations were great when we needed to communicate without being eavesdropped. But, there was no privacy from a pack member. And, it was beyond annoying to have a difference of opinion.
Eventually, we got used to it and also learned to tune out each other's thoughts to some extent.

Just as I was contemplating about what I could do to stop thinking about Alexa, I caught a whiff of some familiar scent the air.

It's him Dave!

So I was right...... he followed us to the ship.

But, I don't see any sign of him here.

Okay then, let's go down and check. The girls will be safe here amongst the crowd.

Yeah. Maybe he is lurking somewhere near their suites. Come on.

Though I felt anxious to be away from her, a part of me was glad for the distraction.
As we came down the steps, the scent got stronger.

He has got to be somewhere here, Vic. Let's check out the girls' suites.

We quickly jogged to the rooms, and sure enough, the scent was strongest there.

Do you think he is inside?

Maybe.
I tried opening the door, but it was locked.

I don't think he could've gotten inside without breaking the door open. So, he is hopefully not in here.

What if it was just a distraction?! To get us away from the girls?

Fuck...! Let's go back.

>Alexa's POV<

I was definitely drunk. There was no other explanation for what I had seen earlier.
