>Stacey's POV<

A loud thud on the door woke me up with a start. It was followed by frantic knocking.

"Stacey! OPEN THE DOOR!!"
It was Lexi's voice. She seemed excited.

"Yeah. Coming."
I opened the door to see Lexi and Katie beaming at me.

"We FINALLY reached!!", Katie exclaimed.

All of us screamed and hugged each other.
I quickly started packing my stuff, most of which were scattered around the room. Lexi and Katie had gone to their rooms to do the same.

I wonder how we are holding it all together..... especially Lexi.
First there was some mystery man in Katie's kitchen, then it was Savage, then seeing David in his Symbiont form, then talking to a werewolf in some language she never knew, and finally Mr. Anonymous....
Poor thing!
I won't tell her about the nightmares I keep seeing. That's the last thing she'll want to hear!

"Hey! Done packing?"

I turned around to see Victor leaning against the doorframe, with his legs crossed.
I had left the door open after the girls left.

"Yeah. I mean..... almost!"

He smiled at me, his eyes having a mischievous sparkle.
I could feel myself blush, so I turned around and continued stuffing things into my bag.
Finally, I was done packing.

When we reached the deck, most of the crowd had gotten down on the island.
It was simply beautiful!

The dense forest and  towering mountains were absolutely mesmerising. I stood awestruck for quite sometime.

"So, you are telling me that there is a resort somewhere in this jungle?", Katie skeptically raised an eyebrow at David, as we got down.

"Yep. You'll love it!", David grinned in response.

"Well, after all that werewolf drama, I doubt that!"
Katie seemed to genuinely disagree with him.

"Oh come on, Katie! It was your idea to come here in the first place..... So, cheer up!"
Lexi smiled at her, trying to lighten her mood.

"Oh no! It wasn't my idea! It was David's and Victor's. When I told them we wanted to visit some quiet island near the Bermuda Triangle, they said Isle Vetiti was the perfect place. And, to be honest, I couldn't even find this place on Google. Plus, there seems to be no satellite network connection here. I just hope we are not somewhere in the Triangle. My phone lost connectivity ever since that full moon night. Something is very fishy!"

I fished out my phone from my jeans pocket.

Dammit! She's right. I haven't received any message notifications since that night!

The boys looked at each other knowingly, but remained silent.

Something is definitely very fishy....

Suddenly, Lexi started running into the woods. I looked around and noticed that rest of the crowd were nowhere to be seen.

"Lexi! Where are you going?! Come back here!", Mike yelled.
But, since she didn't stop running, David and Mike chased after her.

"You girls come with me. I'll show you to the resort."
Victor looked tensed, his jaw was clenched.
He carried most of the luggage effortlessly, Katie and I picked up Lexi's bags and suitcase.
We started walking into the woods.
