*Alexis' pov*

My heart skips a beat and Corbyn moves to my side.
"Are you guys okay?" Jack looks at us and we nod softly
Zach opens the door and the first thing I see is the little baby. He had brown hair and blue/brown eyes. The blue was the same colour as Daniel's eyes and the middle of his eyes were the same brown as Christina's. He had Christina's nose and Daniel's facial structure. He was small but had long legs and arms.
"Hi" Christina looks at me and Daniel says hi to the rest of the group.
"Hey" I murmur
Emmett looks at me and I tighten my grip on Corbyn's hand.
"Hey Corbyn" Christina turns and it's like Emmett was sucked from my soul.
My whole body relaxes and Corbyn nods
"Hi Christina" he coughs and pulls me closer
"We should probably all sit and fill each other in shouldn't we?" Christina grins awkwardly and Emmett starts making random noises
We all sit on the couch and Corbyn holds me to his side pressing kisses to my neck or my hands.
He is showing that this won't change us.
"Congratulations!" Christina yells and Emmett squeals
Daniel grabs Emmett and places his lips against his forehead.
"Thanks" I smile at her softly and my eyes travel to Daniel and Emmett
I remember how we used to talk about growing our own family.
"How old is Emmett?" I look at the ground and Christina looks at Daniel with the baby
"6 months now" she blows a kiss at Emmett who giggles showing off his gums
"I need to get some air" Corbyn stands up and Zach follows
Christina and Daniel look away and I watch as Corbyn walks out the back door.
"We are sorry, we know it was sudden and it's hard to see us but, imagine how it feels for us, Emmett wasn't exactly planned but your engagement was" Christina looks at me
"No one plans a engagement Christina" Adalyn walks into the room with her arms crossed
"What do you mean of course it is" Christina scoffs
"That's it both of you" Jonah puts his arm around Adalyn making her go quiet
Christina rolls her eyes and I stand up slowly
"It was nice seeing you guys and everything but, I think you guys need to go" I murmur and walk to the front door
Daniel's stands up handing Emmett to Christina and grabbing my wrist.
"Please, don't touch me" I whisper pulling away
"Are you serious right now!? You are kicking us out" Daniel glares at me
"Please I don't want to fight, we can meet up sometime for coffee but please just leave" I look at Daniel
"No don't worry about it. I don't want Emmett seeing you" Daniel grabs Christina's hand and pulls her out the door slamming it closed behind him.
"You handled that well" Jack looks at me
"Oh believe me on the inside I can't believe he could act that way" I shake my head
"I'm gonna go talk to Corbyn" I smile softly and walk past everyone
Zach looks at me and says something to Corbyn before walking to me.
"You probably won't want to listen to him right now" Zach kisses my cheek and walks into the house
I sit across from Corbyn and he looks at his hands.
"I remember, Christina and I used to talk about a future together when we were together in high school. How many kids we would have, where we would live, what the kids names would be, but then she fucked my best friend and got pregnant with his kid and now he's looking after the kid I thought was gonna be mine and hers" Corbyn scoffs
"I remember talking to Daniel about a future together. I remember my heart skipping a beat when I looked in his eyes. It was the night of the after party, you humiliated me in front of all my friends and he was the one to pick me back up, then he slept with Christina and got her pregnant" I murmur
"What sluts" We mutter and laugh
"I'm really sorry about that night" Corbyn looks at me and I smile
"It's okay, look at us now" I grab his hand
"Oh that's right" Corbyn stands up and runs into the house
I frown but stay still and I hear him run towards the back door. He pushes it open and he kneels down in front of me.
"Alexis Marie Faith, we have had our ups and downs, we both hated each other at one point but in the end we fell in love. I think we already loved each other the day we met on that park bench but I found more and more reasons to love you. Your hair, the way you talk, the way you walk, your clothing, your freckles, your eyes, everything. I love everything about you and I can never find anything wrong with you. Your voice could put me in coma that would last a lifetime. Alexis will you marry me?" Corbyn looks at me and tears fill my eyes
Yes we are already engaged but now he has a ring and he gave me a massive speech.
"Yes" I whisper
He smiles standing up and sliding the ring onto my fourth finger on my left hand. He slams his lips against mine lifting me off the ground.
