*Alexis' pov*

"Alright we have to get going, when will Harrison be back?" Jack pulls on a jumper since it was winter and I follow them to the door
"Uh, I'm not sure, I think he said he was staying there the night" I shrug and watch the boys walk towards the car
"You are coming" a voice echoes from behind me and I turn to see Corbyn
"Corbyn, I don't want to be with you" I roll my eyes and sit on the couch
"But I want you to be with us" Corbyn grabs my arm pulling me up
"Corbyn Stop" I growl and rip my arm away
"Alexis I might of forgotten you but you should probably cooperate if you want me to remember" Corbyn drags me towards the door and then my grandfather walks through the door
"Alexis, where are you going with these boys" he murmurs and I shake my head
"Nowhere Pa" I whisper and pull away from Corbyn
My grandfather was very distant from us since our grandmothers passing. So seeing him for the first time in a year was bone freezing.
"If you change your mind" Corbyn places a little ticket in my hands and kisses my forehead before disappearing out the front door.
"Who are they" my grandfather sits at the couch staring at his hands
"My friends from when Harry and I lived in America, I've known that boy since I was 5" I sit across from him and he nods softly
"Do you like that boy?" Pa looks at me and I blush
"I did...I loved him. But he has lost his memory and now I hate him" I shrug and bite my lip
"You should go" Pa smiles and I frown
"I can't leave you here alone Pa, Harry is at Max's for the night" I put the ticket on the table and my grandfather chuckles
"I was only stopping by, I'm heading to your fathers parents house, they wanted to see me" he stands up and lifts me off the couch
He hands me a jumper and the ticket
"They are still out there Lexi bear, go on" he grins at me and I blush
"You haven't called me that for a while Pa" I smile at him and he chuckles
"It's been 12 years since I last saw that smile Alexis, keep it on for me would you?" He pushes a strand of hair behind my ear and I nod
"Yes Pa" I hug him quickly and kiss his cheek before darting out the door
The car with the boys in it starts but I dive in front of it.
"Lex!" Jack yells at me in shock
"I want to come" I hold my hands up and I glimpse at my grandfather as he watches me through the window
"Jump in" Daniel smiles softly and I climb into the car quickly
Corbyn smiles at me softly before turning back to his phone. A photo of him and I pops up in his feed and he looks at it with curious eyes.
"She looks like you" he whispers and looks at me
"Because that was me" I murmur and the car goes silent
"I like your hair long, you look really pretty" Corbyn scrolls past the picture and doesn't bother talking to me for the rest of the car ride.

"You should sing Lex!" Jack spins me around and it was a few hours before they were to go on the stage in front of thousands of fans
"But this is your night guys" I giggle rolling my eyes
"But you know you want to go on" Zach smiles and I look at him
"I don't even have a mic or a song to sing" I shrug and Daniel disappears from the room
He appears with a mic in his hands and a book.
"That's my song diary" I frown when the book becomes familiar
"I saved it when you left" Daniel hands it to me and I flip through the pages
"Be our opening performance please Lex" Jonah looks at me and I sigh
"Fine" I look at the boys and they grin
After a few hours of practicing and mucking around I'm finally ready to go on stage. Well I thought I was
"Corbyn I can't do this" I shake my hands and pace around as the crowd starts chanting my name
"Alexis look at me" Corbyn murmurs
I ignore him and keep pacing around trying to calm my nerves
"Fuck, Alexis look at me!" Corbyn grabs my face between his hands and we both freeze as I gasp.
Our lips were inches apart and his hot breath tickled my lips.
"You can do this" Corbyn murmurs looking into my eyes
"Corbyn" I mutter a unknown feeling flowing through my veins
"I'll be with you every step of the way" Corbyn whispers pulling his hands away from my face
I nod softly and step out onto the stage letting out a shaky breath as the screams get louder.
"Hey guys! A little change in my appearance but if you don't know me I am Alexis Faith. I have been friends with the boys for 5 years now but I have known one of them for nearly 20 years. Going on 17 years now" I smile and I look at Corbyn who watches me with confused but curious eyes
"I will be singing my own original song personal. I wrote it 4 and a half years ago when I was in a very depressed and emotional situation. Hope you enjoy" I smile and stand in the middle of the stage
The fans go silent but a few screams are heard every now and then. The music starts and immediately everything starts to flow easily.
