It's been a few weeks since we were at universal studios and everyone is starting to settle down. Jonah is secretly talking to a girl he met on the beach when they were cleaning for some community stuff and Jack was surfing when he met a girl. Alexis and Corbyn are still going strong and yeah she's very happy which makes me happy. "Hi, can I get a flat white" I look at the girl behind the counter and she smiles blushing furiously I smile softly at her and then I look around the new café I had found. A girl seemed to be sitting by herself in a booth and all the other spots were taken so I pay for my coffee and shoot my shot. I slowly walk over to the booth and smile at the girl. She had long brown hair and her eyes were forest green. My mouth gapes open slightly as she smiles softly with perfect white teeth. "Hi, I'm Eve" she murmurs as I sit in front of her hoping the spot wasn't taken "Daniel" I hold my hand out and she slowly places her hand in. Freckles were sprinkled over her nose and when she giggled her nose would crinkle. "How are you?" I murmur Her eyes gloss over but I see her blink it away and she puts on a smile. "I'm fine" she blushes at me when my eyes narrow in curiosity "Well how old are you?" I look at the girl in front of me and she smiles softly "I'm 21, you?" She looks at me in hope and I smile "22" I murmur " "Would you like to go for a walk? I know it's sudden" I smile at the short girl in front of me "Sure, I have nothing better to do" she stands up grabbing her stuff I walk ahead of her and open the door letting her walk out first since I wanted to be the gentleman that I am and I hear people yelling. I heard a scream and a car comes zooming through the area and Eve freezes in front of me. I wrap my arm around her waist quickly pulling her behind a wall as the car flys past. She gasps shoving her face in my chest and I hear her whimper softly. "Hey, you okay?" I push her back a little bit and she nods softly "Thank you" she murmurs "It's the least I could do" I look off where the car was driving and shock runs through my body "It's crazy someone can't drive" I look at Eve and she nods softly "I gotta go" she murmurs and I frown "Wait I thought you were coming with me?" I watch as she smiles tightly and then opens a little notepad. "Call me, I just need to see my family" she passes a page to me with giant writing on it and I nod "Bye Daniel" she waves and then speed walks away I sigh and slowly walk towards my car completely ignoring the fact I bought a coffee and I didn't get to drink it.
