I stood in front of the mirror and fixed up my dress, though, my mind drifted off to another dimension. I couldn't stop thinking about the night before. Memories of him sliding his hands all over me and kissing me so passionately flooded my mind.
"Please come back soon, Riku."

My thoughts were promptly interrupted by the sound of the Beast's agitated bellow. I could tell something went horribly wrong as the mirror in front of me shook to the deafening roar. I ran out of the room as quickly as I could.

I reached the Beast's room in the West Wing of the castle. Sora, Donald, Goofy, Beast and Belle all faced a small table that had nothing to show. The pace of time steadied as Sora turned around and saw me. His eyes appeared to be shrouded in fear.
"Alannah!" I soon realized why Sora showed so much terror, as I felt an evil latency appear behind me. I couldn't turn around, for I proved to be too afraid to do so.

Sora's fright instantaneously turned to anger as he summoned the Keyblade and threw it in my direction. I closed my eyes, and, shortly after, I heard the clang of metal hitting metal. I opened my eyes to see Sora running straight for me. He got as far as where I stood and grabbed me, placing me out of range of the intruder.

Sora set me down next to Belle.
"Thanks for the save." I smiled at him.
"No problem. I'll do my best to help you, Alannah. Not just because you're my friend, but also because it's what Riku would want." My smile grew the moment I heard him say that.

Our attention turned to the evil presence, in other words, the Organization member. This man had long black hair that appeared to be tied up, and his sideburns stretched out toward his nose. Even though his eyes were small, they stood out due to their violet glow.

It didn't take me long to figure out why Beast grew so angry. The Organization member carried a rose in a glass shroud, and I assumed that rose belonged to Beast. Beast charged toward him as he departed through his dark portal. Beast slammed his giant paws to the ground as he let out a raging roar. His irritation suddenly turned to sadness as he turned to all of us.
"Who am I kidding? I'll always be this way." Belle strode over to him and placed her hand on his shoulder, in attempt to make him feel better. "Belle. You need to leave this castle. You will never be happy here."
"What do you mean? I am happy."
"That won't last. Without my rose, I'll always look this ugly." He hung his head in disappointment.
"You never looked ugly to me."
"Leave, Belle." Her eyes filled with tears as she ran out of the room.
"Don't make her leave. We'll get that rose back for you." Sora assured him.
"Good luck with that."

Sora, Donald, Goofy and I walked out of the front of the castle and into the courtyard just outside. Sora and I wandered aimlessly from Donald and Goofy, and we found ourselves on the bridge.
"So, how has Riku been?" Sora asked with curiosity.
"He didn't really go into detail about what he's been up to. He didn't even tell me where he's going next."
"He even keeps secrets from his girlfriend?" That comment made me blush.
"He doesn't want me to worry about him."
"I guess that makes sense." Unanticipatedly, a clear wall appeared in the doorway to the courtyard, leaving Sora and I stuck on the bridge. Donald and Goofy ran up to the transparent wall and banged on it with all their might. However, their effort proved to be useless as the wall stood its ground. The Organization member from before appeared on the bridge in front of Sora and I. He had the rose we so desired sitting behind him.
"Who are you?" Sora shouted as he assembled the Keyblade.
"My name is Xaldin, and I'm here to eliminate the queen."
"You won't lay a finger on her."
"Really? Well, what if I told you that you had to make a choice?"
"What are you talking about?"
"It's either her," he pointed to me, "or Kairi."
"You can't have either of them!"
"Wrong answer." A girl with gorgeous ginger hair and clear blue eyes appeared next to Xaldin, though she was all tied up with her hands behind her back and her arms pinned to her sides. Xaldin pointed three of his spears at her at once. "Make your choice."
"Kairi.." Sora fell to his knees and reached out to her. Tears streamed down his cheeks.
"Sora.." She began to cry as well.
