Chapter 8

　

When I open the door to my apartment,I sit down on the couch and think about how to contact Uriah. Calling out to him isn't the best option because it makes me feel like a psycho but it's my only option really.

"Uriah." I say "Uriah,I need to talk to you."

I wait for a moment but still nothing.

"Uriah!!!" I scream as loud as I can. While I'm screaming his name,I pray that no one can hear me right now,but I'm sure they can.

I continue waiting, but still nothing.

I get up and go into the kitchen to get a drink but fall backwards when I open up the refrigerator. Uriah somehow squeezed himself into the refrigerator and he has a wide smile that spreads across his ghostly face.

"What the heck,Uriah!!!" I yell at him while trying to get up off the floor.

"A proper hi would have done good." he says sarcastically.

He comes out of the refrigerator and hands me a bottle of water before shutting the refrigerator behind him. I quickly take it and look at him with an angry expression on my face and open it. I take a sip of the ice cold water and start asking questions.

"Have you found out anything that can help me get back into my actual body?" I ask.

Uriah walks over to the couch and sits down before answering my question.

"Not really. I talked to Will about it and it took me awhile to calm him down considering that you are in his old girlfriends body." he pauses for a second "He said that this doesn't normally happen to those who are lucky enough to come back from the dead. Christina was obviously standing too close when you were suppose to come back as your true self,and your soul moved into her body."

"I already know that. Is there anything else?" I ask.

"He said to try contacting Chrsitina's soul. If you contact her soul,you can move her soul into her original body to move you out,but you may not become human again." he says.

I just stand there with my eyes wide. I can't just not become human ever again even though it already seemed impossible.

"Is there any other way?" I ask with sadness in my voice.

He just sits there staring at me for a moment before saying,"You could fall in love with Four again,but just in a different human body than your own."

"He would never do that." I say looking away.

"Well,he fell in love with you in the first place. Why not now? Plus,I have noticed great changes in his mood since you arrived in Christina's body."

I look at the wall behind him,trying to think of what I should do,and how should I do it. My best option is to try falling in love with him all over again. It's my only shot at truly getting him back.

"So how do I fall in love with him again? I fell in love with him years ago and still am in love with him so why do I still have to fall in love with him." I ask.

"Ask yourself that question?" he says with a smile.

I just stare at the wall behind him while he vanishes into thin air. I don't even try to stop him. I know what I need to do,but I'm not really going to like it.
