Janet's Pov

We were parked outside the building that I vividly remember. Toni didn't want to take me but pressured her until she gave up. She sat in the car staring at me.

Janet: Stop staring and come on.

We got out the car and went inside. I said my hellos and walked back to her office. Toni looked at me confused but I don't care, I had business to take care of.

I knocked on her door and waited. She opened the door shortly after and my eyes lit up.

Janet: Hey Tasha

Tasha: uh I'm sorry did you have an appointment today ma'am?

Janet: ma'am? T it's me

Tasha: I'm sorry love but I'm confused. Oh Mrs Jackson I didn't see you come on in.

Toni: I'm sorry but this is my wife Janet.

Tasha: oh is that so? She's better

Toni: yes but now she thinks that you're her wife well uh our wife.

Tasha: *shocked* what?

Toni: she woke up from her coma and asked for you...I'm still confused on how she even knows you. She knew the direction here and what office you're in.

Tasha: interesting

Toni: I know it scared the shit out of me.

Tasha: well in cases like hers, it is common for the brain to create stories while in a coma. So what she imagined feels very much real to her. It'll go away in a few days. Her brain has to take time to adjust to reality again so it's nothing serious to worry about.

Janet: why y'all talking like I'm not right here? So rude *rolls eyes*

Tasha: sorry about that.

Janet: no you're not...but you will be.

I grabbed her by her waste and pulled her into me. I felt her chest heaving fast and I took that as a sign to continue so I kissed her. She fought me for a while then eventually kissed me back. I knew it wasn't a dream. Her lips feels exactly how I remembered. It was when I felt my body being pulled that I realized what had happened. Tasha held her mouth and Toni had an angry expression on her face.

Tasha: Mrs Jackson I'm gonna have to ask you to leave please.

Toni: I'm so sorry about that Tasha I don't know what's going on with her today.

Tasha: it's fine just- just go please.

What just happened? Why did she push me away? And why was Toni so angry? It's her wife too. When we got to the car, she opened my door and let me in then got around to the other side. She then turned to look at me.

Toni: what the hell was that back there?

Janet: I-I don't know

Toni: like hell you don't. You kissed her right in front of me. You think that's cool? I'm your wife Janet and it doesn't matter if I was there or not IM your wife not her. I don't know what happened to you while you were under but you need to face reality and see that none of what you thought was real isn't. Tasha isn't apart of this marriage. Would you really think that I'd be dumb enough to let someone else touch my wife? That's bullshit Janet you're MY wife not nobody else's get that straight you got that?

Janet: I'm sorry *tearing up*

Toni: now why are you crying?

Janet: you just didn't have to yell *crying*

Toni: *sigh* come here

I laid my head in her neck as she hugged me tightly. I don't know what's wrong with me but I have to get over it. Seeing Toni so upset wasn't alright in my books.

Toni: I'm sorry okay I didn't mean to yell. Baby you're mines okay? We've been together for too long to let it all go to waste. You're My First Love girl I don't wanna have to leave you *laughs*

Janet: *laughs* shut up

Toni: I love you

Janet: I love you more.
