Paiges POV
I was finally getting somewhere with this case. I had found my first suspect. He name was Victor Jones, apparently he was after my fathers position for so long that he decided to start his own business and started to steal dad's clients. That gave him a motive... but would he really stoop so low as to kill my father. I had to check this guy out.
Look out Mr.Jones, Paige is on the case. (Lame,I know, don't judge me. )

Standing outside Mr. Jones's office, I had to admit u didn't really know what I was doing. Don't get me wrong, before, I did have a plan but as I git closer to the office building I started to go blank more and more that by the time I got to the office, I was completely blanked.

So you can imagine how nervous I got as they called my name because, being the idiot that I was, I had demanded to see Mr Jones immediately.

I walked into his office and looked around I had to admit it was beautiful,  the windows were crystal clear and had a beautiful view of Belltigo. The atmosphere felt so at home, not what you would expect to find in a bad guys office. I finally looked at the desk at the end of the room and realize he (Mr.Jones) had been watching me the entire time.

Embarrassed, I blushed. He then spoke, "I take it, you like my office?"
"It's okay, I guess." I said but shyly could say nothing more.
"So my secretary told me you insisted on seeing me so I assume you have something important to discuss with me?"
I nodded, not trusting my voice to speak just yet.

"Well?" He asked impatiently.  I considered waking out of the office but I realized if I ever get my nerve back they might not let me back in here again. I swallowed before speaking,  "Im here to talk to you about the Bryan Evan's Case. " I said slowly.
He sat up in his chair, "I thought that case was closed years ago."

"I reopened it." I said sternly. "So what do I Havre to do with the case Miss Paige..." he stopped, "what did you say your last name was?"
"It's Detective Paige and I never gave you my last name." I said not wanting him to know that I was Bryan's daughter.
"If that's what you wish, now back to my previous question..."

"It's no secret that you and Mr.Evans didn't see eye-to-eye..." he interrupted me before I could continue, "and you think I killed him because of petty disagreements?"
"Actually that wasn't what I was implying, " I lied, "There's a saying that says you know more about your enemies then your friends so I assume that you would know of any other enemies da- uhm Mr.Evans had, since so far...you're the only one."

Maybe it was the way I phrased the statement or something but suddenly Mr.Jones grew upset."Detective Paige, if you wish to speak or question me further about the case, I suggest you come more prepared and schedule like everyone else that wants to see me."

He then gestured towards to the door, "You may leave,  Miss Paige. "
I got up and walked towards the door but not before turning towards him and saying, "I'll be back sir, sooner then you want.
