Quick A/N

For those who have read the book before this one, just skip this note.

If not, keep reading!

YES. THERE WAS A BOOK BEFORE THIS!!!

It's called The Servant Mate. If you haven't read/finished that (its quite short) I suggest you read that first.

This has quite a few spoilers for that book, so please don't read this first.

If for some reason you can't read the other or you don't want to, there isn't much spoiled. Not reading the first one won't effect the enjoyment of this one too much. It's just recommended you read this second.

Now, on with the book!

(Not from anyone's certain PoV)

As a young girl lay in bed, green eyes bright, her parents sat on either side of the bed, one of them holding a book.

The mother smiled at her mate as she closed the book, then she looked down at her little girl, who was still wide awake.

"Alright, Ella. That's the end. Time to go to sleep."

The parent go up to leave when Ella called out, "Wait!"

The father turned around, "Yes?"

Ella studied the covers of her bed.

"Why haven't I shifted? Everyone in my class has, but me! I feel like I'm being torn!"

The mother sighed.

"Oh Ella," she said, sitting back down on the bed. "You know, I was the last in my class to shift. It comes with no warning at what seems to be a random time! But, my father told me something. An old saying. He said 'Ana, in each of us, there are two wolves. One is good. It is love, peace, life, serenity, and hope. But one is bad. It is pain, anger, sadness, guilt, and hatred.' I asked which one wins, and he said the one you feed most.

"You see, Ella, your wolf is tied to you. The Moon Goddess chooses everything about your wolf, even the beautiful creature itself! The thing is, you must feed a wolf more to get your first shift, and your wolf."

Ella looked up at Ana, "So I have to give into a side to get my wolf?"

The father kissed his daughter's head, "Yes, my little one. You'll understand, and your wolf will be stronger if you figure yourself out instead of rushing it along."

The parents stood up and walked out, turning off the light as their daughter pushed into the pillow, a look of peace on her face. The parents smiled at each other.

"Well, Anthony. Should we go check on the boys?"

Anthony smiled more, "Of course, my little buttercup."

Together, the two mates walked down the hall, opening the door to one of their son's rooms.

"Paul! Go to sleep!"

Instantly, the light that could be seen under the door of the other son's rooms went off.

**********

The end was just a little joke! If you didn't get it, the sons of Anthony and Ana were doing things, maybe watching TV or playing a game that made light show under their doors, so when they heard Paul get told to go to bed, they all shut off what they were doing to avoid getting caught.

Hehe, if that makes sense.

Well, yay! The book is finally up!

The side book mentioned in The Servant Mate isn't up JUST yet, but expect it soon.

Wow! It's now that I realize that I completely abandoned my other books, the ones that are not werewolf.

Whoops! I'll have to start updating on those.

So, it'll be a weird updating scheme. I'm going to try and do a few books at a time, so don't be surprised if books get put on hold and stuff like that.

Anyway...
