Kiba's P.O.V
I sit in the hospital with bandages wrapped around my stomach from me getting a real deep cut there. I sit there just thinking about what could have happened after I stopped to fight.
Who tried to get Sasuke back and how did it all go down? I sit laid back just resting like the doctor said to.
I hear running footsteps coming down the hallway towards my door. Who is that?
A second later Nichiro comes in slamming the door to the side. She looks at my wound as I sit up and cries even more making her face more soak and wet with tears.
"Ni-Nichiro what's wrong?", I ask.
She runs to me still with tears her face blushing.
"You promised Kiba",She half whispers "You promised you would be careful".
"I-I'm so-", I start.
"N-No Kiba you could of bled to death or maybe even worst!", She yells. She sits on her hands and knees between my legs on my bed as her face is just inches from mine with me sitting up in bed.
Is she blushing from anger? or.... No she can't possibly feel that way about me.
I wrap my arms around her laying my face on her hair pulling her in closer to me her face laying on my chest.
At first she hesitates surprised at what I just did before laying on my chest fully crying. "Nichi I'm sorry",I say.
Nichiro's P.O.V
I cry into him. Why am I so angry and sad about just him I mean all the other boys got really hurt too. So why..... It doesn't matter he just made another promise to me I hope he keeps it.
"You really promise this time Kiba?",I ask him.
"Yes", He says "I will be more careful but we are ninjas of the leaf so I can't promise you much".
"Your right I'm sorry its just I guess I just get like this when I think of someone I really care about getting injured like this", I tell him.
"I know Nich", He says to me blushing a Lil. Kiba is cute when he blushes. I rub my eyes giggling a Lil bit.
"What?!", he says. I look at Kiba realizing I just said my thoughts out loud instead of in my head. I blush covering my face and looking away hoping he didn't notice.
"I....um....I gotta go see lady Tsunadae", I say.
"Hey Nichi", He calls. Since when has he called me that nickname did he just start now?
"Your really cute if your blushing or not", He says looking away from me. I blush even deeper before running and giving him a hug. "I'm glad your alright Kiba", I whisper in his ear.
I run out of the room embarrassed and confused at what just happened between us. Does Kiba like me? No he can't possibly I'm ugly and weird and rough. I run out the hospital blushing even more at the thought of Kiba liking me in that way.
