London Anyone?

Chapter 4

"Hmmm" I felt myself being lifted up and into the warmth of the sun, but I was too exhausted to open my eyes.

" Shh it's okay, it's just me go back to sleep" I heard Adein's calming voice in a soft whisper. Complying I nestled my head into his neck and went back to sleep. Plus who's willing to deny sleep.

3 hours later

" I can feel you starring at me" I said with my eyes still closed knowing that Adein must be sat next to me.

" What no how would you have known that weirdo" he added not helping his case.

" I can hear you breathing" I finally opened my eyes turning around to face him completely. He sat with his legs crossed with a smile on his face. "What?"

" Nothing"

" Then why are you starring at me like a creep"

" You just look adorable when you sleep. Less talkative may I add"

" Ugh whatever!" And with as much force as I can conjure up I pushed him off the bed laughing as he fell back.

" Oi! what's that for" he looked up rubbing his head.

" You saw that coming haha. Now what time is it, everyone's supposed to start wandering in around 4:30" I asked knowing that I still have to change and help set up.

"Relax it's only 3:10. You have plenty of time" Adein said looking at his watch and sitting on the bed in front of me.

"What! No I don't. I have to change, help set up, and I promised Tom in the kitchen I'll help with dessert. Plus I still haven't called my family overseas back yet" I rushed out knowing how much I had to do within the next hour and twenty minutes. I could feel myself begin to panic a little bit overwhelmed with all that needs to get done.

" Hey. Look at me." I heard his stern voice causing me to look up from my lap. " You'll be fine. I already helped set everything up, Tom has everything under control in the kitchen, momma S has already talked to everyone, and your clothes are right here in the wardrobe. Everything is fine and you don't have to worry. Plus this is as much your party as it is mine so the guest of honor should enjoy it. Alight?"

" Okay " I added with a small smile at my best friend who always knows the right words to help me feel better.

" Good now how about you go shower and get dressed so we can go for a little adventure. Just like old times" he added with his signature grin. When we would come down here for holidays one thing Adein and I would always do is go for walks in the garden. No matter the season the garden is always done in different ways. During the winter it's all covered with white snow, blue and red flowers and green pines with lights hanging all around it. There'd also be lanterns and sometimes even candles all along the cobble pathways that would seem to go on for hours on end. In the summer though it's covered with pretty purples, pinks, oranges, and even a few yellows. It would all lead to a huge fountain in the middle of the garden just past the camp pit. And right past the fountain would be a swing that Adien and I would sit at and just stare at the sky admiring the beauty of the night sky and even the garden that expands in front of us.

" Okay" I smiled, excited about being back here. It's been a while since I had time to be down here with everyone. " I'll be out in a half hour"

And with that Adien nodded and walked out of the room. Probably going to his room to get changed too. I walked into the bathroom and exhaled. ' God have I missed this place' I thought to myself looking out the window next to the mirror. Before showering I through my hair in a bun since my hair was already clean.Then I turned on the shower to a calming warm temperature and began to de-lair myself. I hoped in and instantly felt myself relax under the warm water. After my usual routine I hoped out and wrapped a towel around myself and stepped into the bedroom. I walked up to the wardrobe and got dressed.

Once I was all dressed I went back to the bathroom to finish getting ready. First I applied my favorite moisturizer, then added some light makeup which consisted of the usual some black eye liner, mascara, a little blush, and a light coral lip. I took my hair out of it's bun and straighten it again since the bun sorta messed it up and put it up in a high pony.I also put my paper airplane around my neck because no outfit is complete without it. With that I walked out of the bathroom to the bedside table and grabbed my phone off the charger. Put on my shoes and walked out to find everyone else.

By now it was about 3:45 and I was walking into the kitchen to grab something to drink and see if Tom needed any help.

" Hey Tom, how've you been?" You see Tom has been the head chef here for as long as I can remember, he was even here when uncle Dan was a teen and even though he's not that old that's still a long time.

" Oh Sharon I've been wonderful. I haven't seen you around here in a while" he hugged me and went back behind the counter were I sat talking.

" I know I've just been busy with school, but I can't believe it's over now. It's crazy" everything is still really new to me from London to graduating.

" Well I'm glad to be helping and a part of the ride" he added with a huge smile. " So your mom and Dan tell me you're off to London soon. Excited?"

"Speechless. I can't even explain how freakin happy I am, but enough of me. Do you need any help with anything?" I asked while he handed me a glass of my favorite drink ever a raspberry lemonade.

" No Adein has helped me while you were asleep so everything is almost done. So just enjoy today darling you guys deserve it"

" Thanks Tom" I gave him a huge hug and went into the living room area to find Adien on the couch with his dad, my mom, sister, and uncle watching a recorded football game they missed earlier.

"Sup weirdos" I said and jumped on Adien since everyone else took up all the other couches. How? you may ask well by sprawling out on them. The sofas are really comfy and they're amazing to take naps on. I should know haha. #NapLoversUnite

" Hi loser" Adein said wrapping his arms around my waist to make sure I don't fall off. And like habit I found myself leaning back so I was leaning on his chest. I can see uncle Dan looking at us with a smile from my peripherals, but I chose to ignore it. There was just this feeling in my stomach though. It couldn't be butterflies because I don't see Adien like that. Do I? 'What! Sharon no you don't you can't. Even if you did nothing would probably happen and it would end badly. So just ignore it' I heard a voice in my head say. Thinking it's probably true I just let it go and turned my attention to the screen as if nothing ever happened...
