I tip the glass back and pull the girl closer to my body. Together we stumble away from the bar. Her breath, laughing in my ear. I grin and tug her through the door of the bar. I drag her body over to our car. My hand reaches out to tug the passenger side door open.
"Busy," comes Dominic's voice, followed by the moans of a girl. Kayla's face comes screaming to the front of my mind. I scowl and slam the door shut.
"That lousy motherfu-" I start.
"Let's go to my car!" The girl yells, jumping in over top of my words. She's too close to my ear. I lean back a bit and blink before letting her pull me through the parking lot. Does he even care about Kayla at all? Why is he fooling around with her like this? My grip tightens on the girl's waist and my jaw ticks. She starts giggling and I become increasingly more annoyed at the amount of time that is passing. "I can't find it," she manages. I scowl again and spin her towards me. I plant my lips on hers then pull back.
"Keys," I state. I want to get laid. Here and now. She nods, dazed, and reaches a hand into her bra. I watch for a second then glance up through my lashes into her eyes. She smiles lazily and shakes the keys in front of my face. I snatch them and click the button. Then I follow the beeping until we come across a tiny silver thing. I press the unlock button and throw open the door. I climb in and pull her in after me. I reach back out and tug the door closed, then I toss the keys up into the front seat.
The girl rolls around and lets her head fall into my shoulder. I tilt her head up and plant her lips on mine. She fumbles around for a minute but eventually manages to pull herself into my lap. I grip her waist to tug her body closer to mine. I let my lips fall away from her to move them against her jaw and then her neck. Taking them down lower and lower, until I know she won't say no and her skin is covered in purple ink. "Danny, please!"
"La La," I murmur. Then I open my eyes and yank myself away from the girl to look at her face. Her too dark, brown eyes and her too long, dirty, blonde hair. Her out of place freckles. Her pastel pink, painted lips. And I grimace. What am I doing?
I try to kiss her again, this time moving for her lips. But she tastes like vomit and cheap beer. I pull back and shove her off of me. Then I open the door and haul myself up out of the car. I stumble away and shut the door on her whiney voice. I storm through the parking lot and walk myself straight back into the bar and up to the counter. I slap some random bills on the counter. The bartender walks over with an eyebrow raised.
"The strongest stuff you got for this," I say, pushing the cash towards him. He snatches the money and walks away. I lean my weight against the wood and squeeze my eyes shut. A tall glass hits the bar in front of me and I open my eyes only to snatch it up and knock it back. Whatever this stuff is lights a fire in my throat and I bask in the flames.
I set the glass down on the counter and slide my eyes around the bar, searching for something. There's plenty of girls in here. Most of them are even drunk, but none of them look hot tonight, or even remotely attractive for that matter. I scowl and stare at the wooden counter for far too long. My pulse thrums with a buzz and I feel it slowly getting stronger, but it's taking too long. I pull my phone out from my jacket pocket and click the screen on. Nothing. I slide the phone back into my pocket and look up. Then I back away from the counter, stumbling a little. Maybe I'm more wasted than I thought. I roll with it and step forward to slip my arm around the first brunette I see.
"Hey sugar," I drawl. My tongue looping in circles and rectangles around the letters. Her hand collides with my face but I don't back off. "Damn girl, what's your problem?"
"Sleezy men like you," she retorts.
"Did you get dumped yesterday or something?" Her jaw drops as she stares at me.
