Chapter 2 - Love begins

The next day. Port Crescent University. Brunch. "Hey Branden. I gotta ask you something. How long have you done those tofu deliveries?" Jordan asked. "I've done tofu deliveries for 5 years and since I was in the 6th grade." I answered. "What?! You drove without a license?!" Jordan exclaimed after he asked. "Uh yeah, I was forced by mom and she made me drive without a license so that means I knew a lot of driving. But then, I wanted to get some work done fast since that time when I did deliveries." I replied. The bell rung. Jordan and I went to our classes. "Dude I think the girl that was talking to you yesterday has a crush on you." Jordan whispered to me as he saw the girl looking at me while I was working. "Uh..." I stuttered as I blushed. "Branden. Are you okay?" Jordan asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." I answered. The bell rung. I was walking from my class to the restroom. I turned on the faucet and I washed my hands, then I made a hand cover and I threw some water to my face. After I washed my face, I saw the girl talking to Jordan. I went back inside the restroom and I was hiding. "Aren't you one of that guy's friends?" Ellie asked. "Yes, his name is Branden Lee. Do you need him for something?" Jordan asked after he replied. "Yes, I wanted to talk to him about something. You are one of his friends right?" Ellie asked after she answered. "Of course I am, we have the same classes for 5th Period and that's Mr.Takahashi. But we have a sub tomorrow." Jordan replied. "I have the same class too. I can find him there after school or in 5th Period or you can give him the message." Ellie suggested. "Find him after school." Jordan answered. "Great, then I'll see him later. What's your name btw?" Ellie asked before she went to her class for 4th Period. "Jordan Douglas. And I'm sorry but I really need to go to class right now." Jordan answered as he introduced himself and went to class. "Ellie Yajima, nice to meet you." Ellie said as she went to class. When I saw the girl gone. I came out of the restroom and I went to my class for 4th Period. "Branden, the girl that had a crush on you told me that she wants to talk to you after school." Jordan said. "What is it about?" I asked. "Dude, I don't know. Just talk to her after school because she likes you and you have to be there." Jordan answered. " *sighs* Fine. It'd better not be that last time that I got dumped." I replied. "I promise you bro, it's not." Jordan said. "Good." I replied. After school. When I was walking to my car, I gave the spoiler a nice soft touch. "Hm, the downforce is okay but it may need to be adjusted for some reason because I can't pick up the speed on the uphill while I could get it mostly on the downhill which is kinda hard." I said in my mind as I kept my hands off the spoiler. I saw a girl that walked up to me which was the girl that likes me. "Hey... um... I saw your friend. The one you hang with." Ellie stuttered. "Yes? Did you want to talk to me about something?" I asked. "Yeah, I was wondering if I could a take ride with you in your cute car if you're okay with it?" Ellie asked after she answered. "I would take that as a compliment, sure." I replied. "I know who your friend is but what is your name?" Ellie asked. "Branden Lee." I answered as I introduced myself. "I'm Ellie Yajima, nice to meet you." Ellie replied as she introduced herself and gave me a handshake. "You want to go out some where to eat since you don't have anywhere else to go?" Ellie asked. "Yes, I don't have any plans so yeah I could get some lunch." I answered. "Let's go to a ramen place that I like that I have been going to for my lunch." Ellie suggested. "You know where it is?" I asked. "Yes I do, let me show you when we get in the car." Ellie answered as she told me to start up the car and I drove the car to Himawari. 3:50 p.m. "Hm.. I never been to this place before." I said. "Have you're tried this type of food before?" Ellie asked. "Me, no. I never did ate this type of food. But this is my first time trying it." I answered. The waiter escorted us to our table and gave us a menu. I ordered some Shiro Tan-Tan-Men with Corn as topping and extra noodles and Chicken Karaage on the side. Ellie ordered a Tan-Tan-Men and wasabi on the side. However, all of the ramen had no fat in it. The waiter served us our food. I took a bite of my tan-tan-men. "Mm. This is good." I said. "What do you think of it Branden?" Ellie asked. "It's really good if you ask me, you can feel the ramen taste with the spicy miso soup, ground pork, and corn including the other toppings. It's spicy though but it's still one of the best ramen I have ever tried in my whole life that I've been waiting for." I answered. "You've been there before right Ellie?" I asked. "Yes I've been there for like the past few years and then this year, I still go there. I like the food too but I know you like it more than I do." Ellie answered. "I mean, this is my first time trying and I'd definitely give it a 5 star rating on this one." I replied as I took a bite of my chicken kaarage. "This doesn't taste bad, but I give it a 5-Star too. I like it with the no fat and the other toppings. I mean, it is ramen. But I hope you like it though." Ellie said as she took a bite of her Tan-Tan-Men. Hours later. "Branden do you have anywhere else to go?" Ellie asked. "No, I don't have anywhere else to go. Where do you want to go?" I asked after I answered. "Come on girl, ask him out to the beach but get your bikini first. It is in the trunk along with his stuff, and you'll look at his abs when he has his swimming suit on." Ellie said in her mind. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Yeah I'm fine. Do you want to go to the beach?" Ellie asked after she replied. "Yeah sure." I answered. "I have my swimming stuff in the trunk along with yours." Ellie said as she got in the car. Long Beach. 5:30 p.m. "This place isn't that bad, but it's a perfect beauty spot." I said in my mind. "Sweet, we're here!" Ellie exclaimed. "Sounds like it, I am gonna get my swimming suit and change in the rooms." I replied as I went to the restroom to put my swimming suit on. "Okay, I'll change in the car if it's alright with you." Ellie said as she opened the trunk, got her swimming stuff from the bag, closed the trunk and changed into her bikini. After I was done changing, I got out of the restroom and carried my stuff to the trunk, I opened it, threw my stuff in the trunk and closed it. Ellie got out of the car, closed the door and showed herself in a bikini to me and I blushed a lot with red cheeks. It made me feel like I had cherry or strawberry cheeks. "Hey Branden, what do you think of my bikini?" Ellie asked. "Um. It looks pretty." "Branden, get a grip and get a hold of yourself. Just relax and get in the comfort zone." I said in my mind as I felt nervous in my mind. We started to have fun and play splash. "I'm really glad I got to spend the day with you and meet you Branden." Ellie said. "I had a good day with you too Ellie." I answered. She took a peek at my abs, body and muscles. "Your body is so hot and so strong. I love those abs and muscles." "Have you ever gone to a gym? Ellie asked as she gave my abs and muscles a gentle soft touch and feel. "Well I have been going to the gym over the years while I also continued racing. I started exercising when I was 12 for 4 years and I still do it during these years of the racing career. I've been doing both at the same time and it made me feel really good and strong about racing and working out." I answered. "For 4 years? Man, your body is very strong." "Oh this boy is mine, he looks so hot and strong. He's also strong and he has that aura which means it describes him as the calm guy. I love this boy so much that I just wanna kiss him so bad." Ellie said in her mind as she looked at me with a smile. "Hey, Branden. Do you want to go to my place? I want to show you something nice." Ellie asked. "Yes. I do." I answered as she and I got changed back into our normal outfits and we got back in the car and drove to her place. Yajima's house. Ellie rang the doorbell and the person that opened it was a lady which is her mother. "Hey mom, I bought a friend that will stay with us for the afternoon and the evening." Ellie called. "Who is that friend?" Her mom asked. "This is Lee Branden, my classmate in Mr.Takahashi's class." Ellie said as she introduced me to her mom. "Hello Mrs.Yajima, nice to meet you. My name is Branden Lee." I said as I introduced myself to Mrs.Yajima. "Why hello Branden. I'm Ellie's mom and I heard you guys are in class with the teacher named Mr.Takahashi right?" Mrs.Yajima asked. "Yes, that's Keisuke Takahashi basically. We have a substitute teacher filling in for Mr.Takahashi tomorrow and we are in the same class." I answered. "Who is the sub?" Mrs.Yajima asked. "Mr.Fujiwara." I answered. "Takumi Fujiwara, I see." Mrs.Yajima said. "Yeah, I think I've had him as a sub one time. He seemed cool and he didn't seem hostile." "Do you have any drinks?" I asked. "Yes, I have Sprite, Coca Cola, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Water, and Sunny-D." Mrs.Yajima answered. "I'll just grab a bottle of water from the fridge." "Thank you Mrs.Yajima." I said as I walked to the fridge, opened it, grabbed a bottle of water, closed the fridge and walked back to the couch. "Hey Branden, I have something to show you. Do you want to check it out?" Ellie asked. "Yeah sure, I'll check it out." I answered. "Follow me." Ellie said as she escorted me to the garage. She opened the door and I saw a Mazda RX-8 and a Nissan 240SX. "You have two cars?" I asked. "No, the 240SX is my mom's and the RX-8 is mine." Ellie answered. "Oh okay, so the red one is the Mazda right?" "Mind if I take a look at the details of this car and you can tell me the specs." I asked. "Sure. So this car has a 13B-MSP. It's got an AEM Stage 3 Engine Upgrade, MAZDASPEED 6 Speed Race Transmission, Greddy Stage 4 Turbocharger, and a NOS Stage 4 Nitrous System." Ellie answered. "How much horsepower?" I asked. "590 HP." Ellie answered. "590! Whoa, that's faster than my Solstice GXP." I said as I felt surprised and I felt like I had the chills. "The handling's got a Tein Level 3 Suspension System, Toyo Sport Tires and Brembo Level 4 Brakes. The body and modifications, it's got a Stratospeed Widebody Kit, Gentera Style 206 Spoiler, RO-JA Formula 2 Rims, Flourish Vinyl and a Velocity Red Mica paint job for the exterior. Interior, it's got Red Bride Zeta III Racing Seats, Green Takata 4 Point Race Harness, Sparco Steering Wheel, Autopower Street Sport Rollbar, Ultra Step Motor Drive 11,000 RPM Tachometer, Waldoch Custom Instrument Gauge Cluster, Blitz 2.0 Boost Gauge, Greddy Oil Pressure Gauge, Defi Oil Temperature Gauge, HKS Water Temperature Gauge, Apexi Turbo Timer and a HKS Lap Timer." Ellie explained. "That car is good enough. Want to take me for a drive so I can see how good you are than I am?" I asked. "Yes of course. What pass do you want to drive at?" Ellie asked after she answered. "Let's go from Port Cresecent to Palm Harbor." I suggested. "Yeah, that'll work." Ellie replied. On the road, Palm Harbor Causeway. "Get ready, you're about to see how good I am." Ellie said as she floored it, shifted from 3rd to 2nd gear and back to 3rd gear, then she brought the power up and shifted to 4th while it's power rising up. The tachometer was revving and the speedometer said it's at 160 MPH. "Damn, she's good! She's a better driver than I am. I can see how she is handling the car, shift work, and technique. Can she be one of the fastest drivers that fell for me even though I watched how fast she drives that RX-8. No wonder it's faster than my Solstice GXP. The RX-8's speed is reached up to 195 MPH and it is much faster than my Solstice GXP which is 180 for my car and it's too damn fast that I can't even keep up with it." "You're amazing." I said in my mind as I felt amazed and surprised of how fast Ellie is when controlling this car. Palm Harbor. "What do you think of my driving style?" Ellie asked. "I'd say you're more better than me, but more refined and you're amazing." I answered. "I've never seen you race, but I see you driving casually on the way to lunch. I want to see how fast you are though." Ellie said. "Well, maybe when you have another chance to take the pass with me. We're gonna go on Gold Coast Mountains." I suggested. While I was talking, I saw a Nissan 300ZX Z32 pull up to Ellie's RX-8 and parked behind it. "Well, if it isn't my favorite student." The girl said as got out of the car and came to her.
