The Ghost

Riker's POV

The smoke engulfed everyone but Kim, it came from her hands and was pitch black. Neo found me in the smoke and stood in front of me as we backed up to the door. We heard growling from outside and wolves burst through the door. A wild pack of wolves, I thought they never came near civilization. They began to corner us, Neo's eyes flashed red but went back to black. Before she or I could do anything Dad jumped in front if them in wolf form... the wolves saw his size and scattered.  We saw magic spells flying and then furniture starting levitating, I saw my mom and Lucinda casting magic at Kim to try and restrain her. Garroth and Zane were looking for something to hold her down with as she trashed the place. 

Aphmau's POV

I had a feeling that Lucinda and I both knew what had taken over Kim, but no matter what we tried she was immune to every spell. I also had a feeling I would have to wound her for the ghost to stop. So I went into my Irene form and flew past her, in doing so I cut her shoulder slightly just to get her down from there. I was right, as soon as I cut her she fell... silver blood came from the wound. Yep, definitely a ghost... we held her down and bound her wrists and feet together so she couldn't do anything. I scanned my memory for the spell to release the ghost from her body. 

Once we had her in the correct spot Lucinda and I recited the spell, Kim's body jerked then rose slightly. Her eyes rolled back in her head and the spirit and ghost emerged from her body. It was a male, the ghost of Ein. It looked at me and the next thing I knew it had entered my body. Me being in my Irene form I went to the blank darkness with the spirit. 

A- EIN! LEAVE US ALONE!

E- Hahaha! If you think i'll give in your wrong! Now that I can take your body... I can just kill Aaron and take the children!

A- You're forgetting one thing Ein...

E- What?

A- NOTHING CAN INHABIT IRENE!

Upon saying that I shot the ghost with my most powerful spell, a hole was burned through the heart area. Light shot through his "body" and he dissipated into thin air, I sighed and went back to the real world. I woke up in Aaron's truck, I was sitting in the front seat and the kids were in the back. Garroth, Zane, Lucinda and Kim were in Zane's car behind us... I felt horrible and had the worst migraine. I looked at the seat back and Aaron looked over at me. 

Aa- How you feel babe?

A- Like sh*t... don't repeat that word kids...

Aa- Don't worry, they're asleep, have been ever since we got in the truck. 

A- Ok, how are they doing though. That was a pretty bad scene, I just don't want this to haunt them. 

Aa- Well Neo wants to learn more and Riker is just spooked by all of it. 

A- Ok, how about Kim?

Aa- She's alright, a little confused on how she managed to get possessed by a ghost. 

A- Well unless you're a magic user or have a relic you have no control over it. 

Aa- That's what Lucinda told her, Kim's really scared it's gonna happen again though.

Hey guys, gals, and non-binary pals! (comment if you watch Thomas Sanders!!) So the next few chapters might be a little short because i'm running out of ideas for this book. But there will be a third book about Neo, Riker and the kids of My Street if anyone wants to read it. I'm going through some rough things at home and am kind of stuck on a writers block. I have another Aarmau book I will be publishing when it's finished. I will wait a little to publish that one because I want to publish it when it gets to 10 chapters. Anyway thank-you if you read this little blurb!!
