3 months have gone by without an update - of the story. I apologize.
At first I hesitated on making this update where I explain the reasons and tell you when you can expect the next chapter, but I think you deserve a reason.
There's not much to say: I've started Uni (in another city), and I travel back home every weekend to see my family and cats. And it's been busier than normal. But that's not an excuse, and I confess it's not the main reason for "abandoning" - I never do, I re-read it frequently - this story.
I've been delaying working on this story because I'm not really sure I want to go to the intense part right now. I feel like I would be rushing it and, as the author, it worries me that it won't be long enough or as exciting for you to read. But then again, I also feel like some of you got bored of it. And I really love and am proud of this book, truly. It means a lot to me and it warms my heart to know some of you really love it as well. It means my work isn't in vain and you enjoy the characters and the world I created.
Another reason, that I've mentioned before, is that I don't really like writing on my phone, but on a computer/laptop. It might sound silly to you, but I particularly don't enjoy it. And as I am away from home 5 days of the week and I don't have a laptop yet, it has contributed for my unmotivation.
Now, onto the good news.
I apologize for making you wait for a new chapter for 3 months. I understand how shitty it must've been for some of you who love fast updates. I've said a million times I am not that writer and that I take time.
Of course it'll make me very sad if people have already given up on this book. I think I did to deserve it. But the new chapter is due around next week.
Again, I wrote it but I really am a fan of my own book. I know it'll probably never get a change to be published, sadly. But, for all it's worth, it has helped me a lot with my written English and my vocabulary.
I won't stop writing and working on this story until it's over, promise. And I am really going forward with the Louis POV version of this book. I think you deserve it - if you're interested in it - and I am really excited about it. Yes, I'll be a bit of the same, but it will bring important things that you haven't got a chance to realize and, well, it will explain his life.
After I finish this book, I will start working on Louis' version. The sequel to Satyriasis will either have to wait until that's over or will be posted while I'm posting chapters of the Louis POV book.
