The next day of school started out almost as terribly as the first day had, Naoko ran to and from the bus station (though this time it was on purpose); the saving grace here was that she was on time, which was a huge relief. Once again, she was bending over at the entrance, heaving for breath, but this time there was a small sense of accomplishment that followed... It was still overshadowed by pain and the absolute hatred of her legs, but it was there.

As soon as she recovered a little, she made her way to a bathroom and changed into her uniform (There was no way she was showing up to class with sweat stains) before heading to the class. As usual, vibrations beat against where her eardrums should be from the earbuds she had in; she hadn't looked at the track that was playing when she turned it on, but just by the intensity of the vibrations, she guessed that it was hard rock or something like it.

The classroom was nearly empty when Naoko got there, which was fine by her, she did not feel like trying to decipher conversation this early... No, she had something else to do, she asked the office for a class roster the day before on her way to the hospital, and now she was going about trying to put together names and faces. It would be a slow process because she recognized that reading a name and reading a name that someone says were two different things, but she was up for the challenge!

Thankfully, she was left alone until class started (At least, she was left alone as far as she could tell, a whole horde of All-Mights could have paraded by, and without some physical indication, she would be oblivious of it!), she looked up just to see the door slam open and All Might rush in saying something about a normal person, though it was at an awkward angle, so she wasn't able to read all of it.

Carefully, she slipped the class roster back into her bag, and turned her attention back to All Might, "Today will be a special day! Today we are going to pair up and test your quirks in a battle setting!" Relief washed through Naoko as she read that, today would not be a repeat of yesterday, she should be able to do this without a problem! "Get your hero costumes on and meet me at arena Beta! I'll meet there!" Glowing packages came out of the wall, and Naoko walked up to the wall and grabbed her class number, 6, without waiting for anyone else.

Ever since Hasame helped her draw out her hero costume, she was excited for this moment; her parents were tailors, so she felt that if she had a bad hero costume, she would be letting them down. Her costume was a form-fitting, black and blue suit with one long sleeve that was off the shoulder and the other side was sleeveless, a glove started at just above her elbow, and went down to her middle finger, leaving her palms open on both sides. Around her waist, held by a thick, black leather belt, there were several vials that held liquid sedatives that she could easily evaporate. She had a mask that covered the lower half of her face and acted as a gas mask, and the soles of her shoes were nothing more than a mesh, allowing her to activate her quirk through her feet without accidentally liquidizing the bottoms of her shoes.

Her favorite part of the costume was the design that she had incorporated, the whole thing was designed to look like steam rising, it would blend easily in dark places and she looked almost like she was disappearing into vapor in the light.

As she dressed, she noticed the other's costumes and she couldn't help but smile slightly as her class changed from a bunch of high school students into pro heroes- in-training.

They strode through the dark tunnel together, and Naoko couldn't help but imagine that epic music was following them out. In the bright light at the end stood All Might, grinning widely as usual; he said something, but Naoko was too far away to be able to read it.

Naoko smirked while slipping in her earphones that amplified the vibrations that reached her ears. It was a last-minute decision and Naoko didn't know whether or not it would work, but it was a cool idea. The hope was that she would eventually be able to get a more accurate read of what was happening around her by the vibrations in the air, kind of like how a bat operates.
