Prefacing this with: I'm not really back, I still am figuring shit out, but this idea has been tormenting me after reading some comments. Let me know if you like this format and what other scenarios you'd like me to outline!

What If Naoko had interned with Endeavor?
- Shoto would be incredibly concerned after hearing about this, venting to both his mom and Hasame (How did he get her number?) about how Enji Todoroki didn't like irritating people and would Naoko even survive the internship?
-Hasame would be initially furious, but Naoko admitted that she really just wanted to make his life hell and really... Emphasize her displeasure with the flaming Asshole Enji turned out to be. Now Hasame and Naoko are conspirators but they have to keep it on the DL so no one stops them. Especially Rei, Rei cannot know a thing about this.
- The day before, Naoko goes to see Rei and asks some... oddly specific questions about Enji. Did he have any pet peeves beyond being a generally terrible human being. Rei somewhat catches on but cannot comprehend how deep Naoko is planning to make this go.
- Enji is a furry (yes, I'm taking this from Mind Boggled, it's too good to ignore and I hate the bastard so I'm transferring this to my world as well, thanks to my fabulous strawhat_pirate!) Rei would prefer not to know this, but she accidentally found his search history... She's never been the same since.
-Endeavor's assistant sends Naoko 5 messages over the two days before the beginning of the internship that she needs to be in Endeavor's office by 7 am sharp, dressed and ready to begin work because he's a 'busy man who will not coddle any teenage laziness' and that she is to remain silent, any 'sharp comments' or questions will be directed to one of the secretaries. There will be no insubordinations.... LOLOLOLOL.
-Just to be belligerent, Naoko arrives and stands outside the door to Enji's office for ten minutes, and when she's asked to go in, she makes direct eye contact with the secretary holding the door open and waits precisely a minute and 43 seconds after 7 am, ignoring Shoto who is standing passively by his father's desk.
-She chooses to not make comments while Enji is barking orders, but she does take time to address all her questions towards the head man himself, excusing this by saying that he's the one she's interning with, not Enji's secretaries, so why would she ask them when he's the one who should have all the answers.
-She's also signing through most of his speech, and occasionally she'll yawn or stretch. By five minutes in, Endeavor's eye is twitching and she swears that his flames have at least doubled since she came in... Shame, she was hoping he'd singe the chair. She must not be trying hard enough.
-The first day is just the warm-up act, she keeps it tame so he doesn't just boot her out of his agency before noon, but she also refuses to call him by his hero name while not around public and consistently makes rude comments about him in Russian. He hasn't caught on yet, but one of his sidekicks has choked on their water several times now and is staring at Naoko with fear in their eyes.
- When she trains with Todoroki (Enji saying that they both need to give it their all, since Naoko flaked out during the sports festival) she 'accidentally' melts Enji into the concrete just below his knees and conveniently forgets how to read lips.
- Oh yeah, she tells him she's deaf in the first ten minutes of the internship and milks the shit out of that, but only with him, she doesn't want to take her hatred of this scumbag out on people who she doesn't know.
-This mild harassment stays steady but unobtrusive for the first three days. On the fourth, they are assulted by reporters trying to get a scoop on the students Endeavor has taken an interest in. Naoko already has some notoriety for how she handled the sports festival, so a lot of questions are directed at her. She hams it up, shocking Shoto and going against Endeavors instructions, but she gushes about how much it means to be chosen by such a great hero, how excited she is for this internship, and what they've already done.
- This traps Enji in this internship with her and they both know it. There'd be questions if he got rid of her now and we all know how much Endeavor hates questions.
-It's at this moment that Enji Todoroki feels a pit of dread form in his stomach.
-Things get worse after this... So much worse. Every time Enji enters the room where Naoko is, she consciously melts something unobtrusive, be it the lining of his shoes, his flames, Just enough of his nose hair to make him feel like he's got a bad runny nose, etc.
-Shinso and Hasame help her out by sending her flame puns that she can drop, at least one in every conversation. He's rarely ever impressed, but she doesn't care. She says them with no inflection at all and maintains direct eye contact. It's very effective.
-She's melted the ergonomic padding on his chair no less than ten times. Normally, she'd never, that shit's expensive, but he's rich and an asshole. He can pay for it.
-At one point, he pulls her into his office and demands she stop, threatening both legal and educational consequences if the harassment continues. She's very serious through the whole lecture, nodding solemnly. Afterward, while training with Shoto, she casually mentions how easy it is to get someone's browsing history. Shoto is confused, as is Enji, then she grins and asks Shoto if she should start wearing fake animal ears and a tail to work, would that make her more approachable? This is said while making very direct eye contact with Enji.
-To his dying day, Enji Todoroki will never be as scared by another person as he was at that moment.
-Shoto only partially sees what is happening, he's terrified that Naoko is going to get hurt, but after a few days, he starts to realize that Naoko has something over his father. this is as comforting as it is terrifying.
- Half of Endeavor's office thinks that Naoko is the funniest person they've ever met, the other half is pissed that she dare disrespect their boss. Naoko takes note of this and ignores it. The ones who like her are sent gift baskets with Naoko's vigilante name on them (Kismet) a month or two later.
- Dabi hears the interviews with Naoko and hates her at first, just another simp of his dear old dad's... That's shattered when he sees them out on patrol and notices that Enji has started to develop a nervous tick. Also, whenever Naoko speaks, the man practically winces away from her. It's inspiring and he's decided he likes this random girl who's terrorizing his father.
-The other Todoroki's have conflicted feelings. Fuyumi really wants her to stop, but she can't deny that Enji has mellowed out since Naoko started her internship. Natsuo thinks it's the most brilliant thing he's ever seen and he takes Naoko to lunch to thank her and ask for help with keeping his dad 'under control' after she's gone. Rei is... Well, she can't say she expected anything different, but she at least has to pretend that she doesn't approve.
-Enji has almost entirely stopped having his flames on during work. Everyone's either relieved or incredibly angry.
-Enji's developed a fear of Squirrels? No one knows why and no one wants to ask Naoko.
-Shoto and Naoko are really good sparring partners it turns out. They're both mid-range fighters who specialize in weaponizing their quirks. It helps that Naoko is always challenging him to use his flames so she can get better at melting them.
-Totally unrelated, Enji's car has been vandalized and the police are stumped on who did it. Absolute mystery.
-At the end of the Internship, Naoko is politely asked to leave and never come back. Enji won't say goodbye and legal action is threatened if she ever attempts to make contact with him again. They try to extend this to his family too, but she just stares them down until they agree to minimize it to Enji. She smiles and thanks them for the opportunity.
-Two days later, a garbage can that's on fire appears in Enji's office. They all know who did it, but somehow she was able to scrub the camera footage and has erased her presence. The police desperately try to find any evidence, but Hasame's time as a professional cleaner really has paid off.

What did you think? This type of thing is kinda how my brain works, so let me know if you like it and what other situations you want to see played out and I can throw it into this format really quickly!
If you don't like it, don't worry, I'm still working on chapters!

Silence Destroyed (MHA)
FanfictionSilence is such a weird concept; it's the absence of sound is all, and yet people have such different reactions to it, some would prefer silence over people, some go nearly insane when forced into silence, and some people have no choice but to adapt...
