Family: Fujimura Hodori (Mother), Fujimura Reo (Father), both deceased. They were shopkeepers who were killed in the battle between All For One and All Might, Naoko was working at the time and is rather mentally scarred because of it

Appearance: Naoko has the appearance of someone who is always daydreaming, her green eyes are distant, and unless she is reading what people are saying, she doesn't make eye contact with anyone. She has shoulder length grey-blue hair that has a short spot on the left side of her head (The hair in that area hasn't been able to grow since the attack). No matter what, she always patterns her hair to cover her ears because she hates the massive amounts of scar tissue there. She has other scars on her wrists that she covers with sweatbands, though those aren't from the villain attack.

Quirk: She controls the state of matter of objects, from gas to liquid, or solid to liquid. She cannot just jump straight from one end of the spectrum, for example, she can't take a solid object and make it gas, she has to pass through the one next to it. She can only compress the gas that is touching her. She can partially change the phase of an object (make it feel more like jelly), but that puts a lot of strain on her body. Her quirk also has a tendency to act without her permission when she is really stressed (she's accidentally liquified her bed before during a particularly bad nightmare). This quirk has a huge potential to be deadly, so her aunt has made her work around the clock in an attempt to suppress it (Her aunt is quirkless and dislikes all quirks, yet she tries to be supportive of Naoko).

Likes: Todoroki's mom, Late nights, pizza, making up scenarios in her head, people watching, learning languages, studying, reading, music (she can't hear it, she's just sensitive to vibrations, and that helps distract her from her thoughts), people who are considerate of her not being able to hear, her aunt. Also her razor (sorry that's morbid, but it changes as the story goes on)

Dislikes: Pity, her aunt, being left alone to her thoughts too much, crying, being told she can't do something, Todoroki's dad, publicity whores (people who are heroes for the attention), small spaces, hurting people with her quirk by accident, her razor (it's a love-hate thing)

Strengths: She is incredibly smart, and since she can't hear, she's learned not only Japanese sign language, but also ASL, RSL, Morse code, and how to read lips; she knows how to read several other languages, like Russian and English. Because she didn't go deaf until later in life, she can still speak, but her voice is often monotonous and louder than normal. She rarely feels fear because of what she's been through (that's not always a strength...) she is good at coming up with strategies on the spot and is very well versed with reading a person's body language. She is genuinely kind but opens up to almost nobody. Sass master.

Weaknesses: She has a paralyzing fear of small spaces because of the instance that took her family, while is incredibly smart, she takes criticism badly, and makes one cut for every 'mistake' she makes. She blames herself for the death of her parents since she could have gotten to them in that instant with her quirk but the pain, fear, and shock she was in stopped her.
She has little to no ambition to be the best, she just wants help limit the number of people who have to feel the same pain she did. She reflexively pushes people away, using her deafness to her advantage to ignore everyone, though she also never tells people that she is deaf. She's perfected lip reading just so she doesn't have to tell people about her handicap. Can go way overboard when trying to protect those she cares about. She can only focus on so many things at once, if she's trying to read lips, there is no way she'll be able to sense what's around her, and if she's focused on what's around her, she has no idea if anyone is talking to her. Also, her stamina sucks when it comes to physical exercise; she hates it and avoids running at all costs

Naoko Fujimura is a seemingly average teenager, she volunteers at a hospital, she deals with family drama, and she struggles to control her quirk. Controlling the state of matter of things around her has gotten her in trouble before, and the fact that it flairs up without warning on occasion means that her quirk is an embarrassment to her family, and a source of amusement for those around her.

Because of all the negativity around her, she trains harder than anyone could have expected, yet she doesn't show it to anyone, to avoid criticism from all sides. And even after she gets into the high school of her dreams, UA, things continue much the same, she sits in the back and ignores what happens around her.
