Jeno's POV

Shit, I fucked up.

"My.. number?"
He leaned forward with a mischievous grin on his face and I jerked backwards.

"I-I mean your home's number."

"My address?"

That's even creepier, what the fuck, Jeno?

"Nevermind, I fucked this up."
I turned back to leave, completely dejected at my failure in flirting.

"Wait."
He reached out to grab the sleeve of my hoodie and motioned for me to stay. He tore out a piece of receipt paper and scribbled down a number and an address.

"Here."

"W-what?"

"You could either call or visit me, whichever you'd like."

I looked down at the piece of paper and read the numbers once in my head before looking up, surprised by the details written on it.

"Wait. This is.. your number and address?"

He nodded before leaning back on the popcorn machine as he folded his arms.
"Didn't you want to be friends?"

"Oh.. yeah.."
I scratched the back of my head, embarrassed at what I assumed he was doing.

"Alright. You should go, your movie is about to start and your friend looks pissed."

I turned to see Renjun in the distance, tapping his foot with an impatient look on his face. He was glaring at me and pointed to his watch.

"Yeah. Oh, um.. can I ask you a question? Since we're friends..?"

"Go ahead."

"What time do you get off work?"

He looked down at his watch before answering.
"At about.. 7p.m?"

"Oh. Can I ask you another question.. since we're friends?"

"Yeah?"
He was outwardly smirking at how pathetic my way of 'flirting' was going.

"Can I pick you up after work..? Since we're--"

"Friends. Yeah, sure."

I found myself smiling widely at his answer and had to stop myself before it got too weird.
"Okay, see ya."

"Bye bye, thanks for the hat!" he shouted out to me while waving as I walked back to Renjun.

Renjun shook his head disapprovingly as he facepalmed himself.

"You gave him your hat?"

"Yeah, I didn't know what to do."

"You're such a loser."

"But, I got his number and address."
I waved the piece of paper in his face as his eyes widened.

"You--?! You got it?! Since when were you capable of that?"

"He gave it to me to be friends, though."
I sulked as we walked into the theatre.

He broke out into laughter and patted my back in sympathy.
"I should've guessed."

"At least, I get to know more about him."
I smiled at the thought of him while I looked back at the paper.

"Yeah. Just bros being dudes."

"Just let me be happy for once?"
I pulled out my phone and typed down the contents on the paper into it. We took a seat in the theatre and I made myself comfortable enough to fall asleep as the movie started.
