"Yes."

It was amazing how big of an effect one little word could have. It was like all of the air in the room was suddenly gone. All they could do was stare in amazement. She spoke. She spoke.

Her voice better than anything they had imagined. It was a little rough from not being used, but it still sounded like angel singing, a symphony at crescendo, home. It sounded like home. And all it took was one simple word.

Owen was the first to actually take in her answer. A smile spread across his face. Not a small turn of the lips, no, this was a full blown grin shining for all to see. She wanted to be part of their pack. She wanted to be with them. Too caught up in his own happiness, it took him a moment to see her glancing at the others her eyes filled with worry and fear.

Owen glanced at his pack who were still in catatonic states from the shock. He cleared his throat loudly drawing Sang's attention and snapping the others from their daze. He was about to speak when Sang beat him to it.

Maybe I shouldn't talk... She started.

"No!" The nine males shouted together immediately. Sang's eyes widened with shock taken aback at their reaction. Owen saw the confusion becoming more prominent as time went on.

"You have a lovely voice, Sang," he told her trying to reign his emotions in. "We are honored you decided to share it with us."

It felt weird but I wanted to try. She admitted looking self-conscious.

"F*** Trouble, you've got to use that f***ing perfect voice more often," Gabriel exclaimed causing her cheeks to color.

"Masterpiece," Victor whispered still in shock. She heard it her blush deepening. Sly smiles spread across the room as they noticed. Sang covered her cheeks with her hands glancing down at her feet.

"T-Thank you," she stated her voice small. They collectively sighed at the sound of her voice. It was like the finest wine, the most addicting drug. They couldn't get enough of it.

"I cannot put into words the beauty of my angel's voice," Silas murmured in Greek his gaze heated and entirely focused on Sang.

"I couldn't have said it better myself, brother," North told him.

"Peanut's voice is as cute as a peanut just like her." Luke suddenly moved across the room rushing over to Sang. He bent down in front of her sitting on his knees. He was practically vibrating with energy.

"Cupcake! Say my name," Luke commanded playfully. Sang couldn't help but giggle at his energy. Before the others could protest at his pushiness, she answered.

"Luke." Her voice was still soft but sounded more confident the more she used it.

"Lucian," North warned him. Luke ignored him still bouncing with excitement. Luke was suddenly pushed out of the way. Sean not sat in front of Sang.

"Pookie, me next!" Sang let out a loud laugh. Her voice was getting raspier.

"Dr. Sean," she teased feeling more confident. Kota was the only one who winced as she spoke the doctor's name. He could tell this was too much for her throat. He walked up to her. She glanced up at him her smile wide. She opened her mouth to utter his name when he silenced her by placing a finger against her lips. She froze staring at him. Sean moved out of the way reluctantly.

"Luke, grab a cup of water from the kitchen," Kota ordered keeping his eyes on Sang. Worry started to bubble back up, did he not like her voice? "I would love nothing more than to listen to your voice all day but you don't want to overdo it. You're not used to talking so we'll need to ease you into it."

The worry dissipated as she nodded her head in understanding. He took his finger away from her lips reluctantly. Kota's hand fell to hers. She grabbed onto his immediately. He squeezed her hand softly for comfort.

Luke came back in moments later with a cup of water. He handed it to Kota who handed it to Sang. Sang took it offering Kota a small smile. He was always thinking of her, taking care of her. He smiled back at her warmly as she took some small sips. It helped to soothe her throat. She hadn't even noticed it was starting to hurt. She was too caught up in talking to them.

"Sang's in the pack!" Luke exclaimed her decision finally sinking in. The others quickly get caught up in the excitement cheering as well. Sang couldn't help but watch the scene a smile spreading across her face as she took in her pack, her family.

They would always be there for her. That's what they had said. For the first time in forever, she didn't feel any worry, or anxiety. For the first time in forever, she felt safe and cared for. She felt like she was home.
