We arrived to the lunch table before the boys so we were just chatting.

"Baby, when you gone get with Meloo!" Tamera said rolling her eyes.

"For real because we both know y'all feeling each other." Kyla said.

"Yeah, but it takes time to do that." I said to them.

"Yea, time is of the essence you gotta be patient." Daija said shrugging.

"Yess thank you Daija!" I said smiling.

"What y'all talking 'bout?" I heard a familiar voice say.

I turned around to see Melo sitting down at the beside me.

"We're talking bout how a relationship takes time. Time is of the essence and you've gotta be patient." I said looking at him with full eye contact. Then it was silent.

"Yeah, I-I totally agree." He said smiling at me not breaking the eye contact.

"Look idk bout y'all but I'm gonna eat my food." Eli said pointing to his food.

"You can say that again!" Don said.

"Amen!" Gelo said.

"Aye, man stop cockblocking." Melo said aggravated.
