I woke up sore as hell because Melo and the boys telling me what to do. I took a cold ice bath to relax my body.

I got out dried myself off and put on deodorant and all of my other hygiene stuff. I put coconut oil on me to help sooth my body.

I put on my clothes and laid my edges and fixed my hair. I put on my fanny pack and shoes and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

"Why you shining like that?" Noah asked touching my chest.

"It's coconut oil." I said moving his hand.

"You ok? You look tired." My dad asked me.

"I am tired and sore. Our coach made us partner up and listen to WHATEVER the boys say." I said emphasizing "Whatever".

"Let me guess your partner was Melo?" My mom asked.

"Ding ding ding!" I said.

"He made me do monkey drills!" I said whining.

"Let me guess you made him mad." My dad said.

"He got mad because I didn't sit by him." I said.

"Mhmm." My dad said eating his food.

"Ok well I'm kinda late for school so I gotta go." I said looking in the pantry for a snack.

"Ok well.. we'll see you when we you get out." My mom said as I was grabbing a pop tart and a banana.

"Ok bye!" I said running out the door.

In the car I have one hand on the stirring wheel and one munching on a pop tart. With the windows down listening to Cardi B.

I walk through the school doors and people look at me as usual. I got to my locker and get my books.

"Damn, girl you looking like sweet peaches today." I heard a non-familiar voice say.

"Sweet peaches.. really?" I say out loud as I close my locker.

I turn around and see a white boy. Who was fine I got to say.

"Um.. do I know you?" I ask him with a confused face.

"Probably but I know you." He said winking at me.

"Oh mind my manners. My name is Jackson Sparks." He said holding his hand out.
