We were now sitting at the dinner table arguing over who's gonna say prayer.

"I said it last time." Said Gelo.

"Melo this your place. You say it." Said LaVar.

Melo's jaw dropped and he looked at me.

"Just sing the envy me prayer." I told him shrugging.

"Now I lay me down to sleep.. I pray the lord my soul to keep." Melo sang.

Me, Gelo, and Zo started laughing.

"Okay imma say prayer!" Said LaVar.

"Melo can I talk to you for a minute?" I asked with my hands in my pocket standing at his door.

"Yeah." He said still looking at the game.

I sighed and walked in his room.

"No Melo this is serious." I said standing beside the TV.

He took off his headset and put down the controller.

"You good?" He asked.

I sighed and played with my fingers. I sat down beside him on the bed.

"When I was at Six Flags me and Jaden was talking. I was telling her how I might settle in UCLA." I told him.

"That's great... what's so bad about that?" He asked.

"After she told me that she said that she hopes you support me playing for the NCAA. What is she talking about?" I ask.

I can tell Melo whole body language changed. He became silent all of a sudden.

He sighs. "That's because I'm not playing for NCAA."

"Why? It's grabs really good attention to scouts." I tell him.

"Not that." He raises his voice a little.

"NCAA says that I might not be eligible to play for them because I went overseas." He said.

Silence filled the room. I just pulled him into a hug.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I ask pulling out of the hug.

"I thought you would've already saw it.. it's trending all over Twitter." He said softly.

"Yeah but I shouldn't have to find out from social media. You could've told me."

"Look I'm sorry ok. I'm just having a bad time with this." He rubbing his temples.

"I know and I'm sorry." I said staring at him.

"I'm just upset because all of the hype was so good at first and now.." He just stopped talking.

He looked up at me.

"You don't have to listen to what they say. Maybe you going overseas is the best thing you've done for your life. Everyone has different paths to success."

He just looks at me and nod. I pout and pull him in a hug.

"I love you." I heard him say.

"I love you more."
