I wake up with a positive attitude bc it's game day. My goal today is to make 1,000 points I'm at 988 now.

I put on Nike shirt and sweatpants, with some Crocs. I know I'm going to school looking a mess, but it's whatever.

I walk into school and see Kyla.

"Soo.. spill the tea about you and Shareef." I tell her.

She smiles.

"He took me out to the movies then we went to a skating rink. It was really nice." She said smiling.

"Girl it must've been more than nice the way you smiling." I say smirking at her.

"Stop!" She said blushing.

"Enough about me and Reef. What about you and Melo?" She asked.

"He came over and apologized. He was explaining why he did what he did and I believe him. I just don't really know if I can trust him, so I told him we can take it slow." I told her.

"Taking it slow? Y'all gone be acting like a married couple in the next week." She said laughing.

"Shut up!" I said pushing her away laughing.

We walk to class and I see Chantel.

"You ready for the game, big girl?" I ask her.

"Hell yeah! We gotta get you to 1,000 points, so you know ya girl gone be assisting." Chantel said.

"You my dawg for sure!!" I said dapping her up.

"Kyla, you gone be at the game?" Chantel asks.

"You already know. Ya girl has to cheer." Kyla said.

I look and see Melo walking in with his crew.

He sits down in his seat and he notices me.

He smiles and nods his head. I wave.

"Eww! Your back with doofus." Chantel said laughing.

"Yes! And don't talk about my baby." I said pushing her.

We both laugh.

It's game time. Right now we're warming up. I look on the crowd and see my dad and Melo bonding. They finally look my way and I smile. They both smile back.

We won the game. It was 106-54. I had 48 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists. Which means I have a total of 1,036 career points.

After the game they made me and my family go to the middle of the court.

"We would like to congratulate, Jaedyn Westbrook for surpassing her total of 1,000 career points. Her parents Russell and Nina Westbrook have been teaching her the way. So everyone give Jaedyn a round of applause." The announcer said.

The crowd goes crazy as someone gives me a basketball that says..

I smile and they take my picture with my family.

My dad opens his arms for a big hug.

"Jaedyn I'm so proud of you!" He said in my ear. Then he kissed my forehead.

Mom hugged me also.

Chantel walked by and smacked my butt.

"Good job, big girl!" Chantel said.

"Thanks big girl for the assists!" I tell her.

She nods.

Then I saw Melo. He pulled me close.

"Come here you wildcat!" He said smiling.

I laughed and hugged him.

Noah came up to me and I picked him up.

"Are you proud of sissy?" I asked him.

He nodded his head.

"Aww.. Thank you Noah!" I tell him.

He just smiles.

Is it bad that I wanna get this girl pregnant so bad? The way her relationship is with Noah just makes me wanna be a dad.

Then having a baby to the most beautiful girl in the world. That's a win win. And also that we might get married, so that's a win win win.

Ughh my baby is just so perfect.

"Shall we celebrate?" I ask my family still holding Noah.

"Of course Jaedyn! This is a huge milestone for you.. and for your dad." My mom told me.

"Your dad is very proud btw." Mom tells me.

My dad has been teaching me basketball since I was 3. He always wanted me to go far in basketball. I wasn't forced to do it obviously. I just had love for it because it runs in the family.

"So where are we going?" I ask.

"We already got the dinner planned. People are there already." My dad said.

"Are you coming?" I ask Melo.

"Of course I'm coming." He said.

"You wanna see if you can ride with us ?" I ask him.

"Yeah." He said.

"Dad can Melo ride with us?" I ask dad.

"Sure!" He said.

I pull Melo's arm.

"C'mon!" I say pulling him out the gym.
