Today we have a game. For some reason we're having it at Chino Hills which is reminiscent. So I decided to come early to shoot some hoops. To get the Melo thing out my head.

As I'm shooting I look around the gym and just think of the memories.

"This is very special for you huh?" I heard a familiar voice say.

I turn and see Shareef.

"Yeah it is." I say.

"This is where it all began." I tell him.

"That's crazy. You're in their hall of fame." He said pointing at a big picture of me thats on the wall.

"Yeah pretty much. I was a beast. It was the good ole days." I say.

"Tell me some stories. We got time." Reef says.

I sit in the middle of the court. Reef joins me.

"I remember having a shoot off with a boy named Steven because I air balled." I say laughing to myself.

"Then he asked me for my number. One was my dad's and one was mine. I made him choose which one. He ended up not calling." I said smirking.

"Me and Kyla used to come in here. Sh used to teach me her cheers and I taught her basketball. It didn't really go well." I say.

Reef chuckled.

"It was picture day and Melo wanted me to sit beside him but I sat at another set of bleachers." I say laughing.

Throwback
I look for a seat and see Melo pat a seat beside him. I just sit on another set of bleachers and the girls follow.

I laugh to myself and look at Melo.

"That's a bet." He mouthed. I just laughed.

I smile to myself thinking about it.

"Then he had to tell me what to do. Because it was the coaches idea. He made me do monkey drills that's how mad he was at me." I say chuckling.

"We used to just shoot around after practice. We played one on one and I remember crossing him up. He told me not to talk about it, but it was the best day of my life." I say.

"I remember first laying eyes on that boy. This is where I met him. I saw him in this gym and he's had me hooked ever since." I say.

The boys were just staring at me but there's just one that really caught my eye.

"Oh guys this is my wonderful wife Nina, this little guy here is Noah." He said tickling Noah.

And then he looked at me.
"And this is my beautiful daughter Jaedyn." He said as I smiled and showed off my braces.
