DM's POV
"I think I entered the wrong office, I should go."
Mabilis akong tumalikod sa kanya. Of all people ba't sya pa ang aapplyan ko? Kung alam ko lang sana di na ako tumuloy pa dito.
"Oh c'mon Miss Mikaela, sinabi sakin ni Jax na mag aapply ka nga which is good kasi naman we're on an urgent hiring. I can set aside my personal issues with you if you would like."
I throw him a fatal glare. Seriously, sya ang pinaka nakaka annoy na tao sa buong buhay ko.
"No thanks, I should really go. Wala na akong pakialam sa hiring na yan, isa pa, being anybody's clerk or shall I say, being your secretary is not my dream career. I'm not deserving for this job."
"Of course you're not! But guess what? I'm the one who's adjusting here. I really wanna give you a decent job rather than letting you do stupid things with my brother."
Tinaasan ko sya ng kilay.
"So you think I'm here for your insults and judgments?"
He shrugged at poker parin.
"No, not really. As I said I am here to give you a decent job."
"AND. I. SAID. I don't need it."
"Of course you do, sa tingin mo ba bubuhayin ka ng Pride mo na yan? What can I say, you're stubborn at masyadong mataas ang lipad, di mo ba kaya ang maging secretary kasi nga masyado kang bossy? You know what? Di ka talaga mabubuhay nyan."
Humugot ako ng malalim na hininga. Is he challenging me? Nagpatuloy sya sa kakasalita na parang alam na nya lahat. Stupid.
"So I guess my judgment were right Miss Mikaela, you're nothing but a dependent brat, sabagay siguro masyado kang slow kaya kahit napaka simpleng position di mo kayang ma handle." I saw the most annoying smirk in his lips.
"How dare you Zero? You challenged me for this fucking job? You think I can't do it? Then I'll show you how to do it. You want a game ha? Then bring it on! I WILL BE YOUR SECRETARY SIR!"
Being his clerk is stupid and I don't care kesa isipin nyang talunan ako? My pride, my godamn pride! Akala nya susuko ako? Akala nya hahayaan ko syang tignan ako ng ganoon kaliit? Anong pinagsasabi nyang simpleng position di ko mahandle? Is he implying me na how much more kung mataas ng position ang meron ako? Sinong slow? He initiated a game, I'll play with him. Look down on everything but never my capabilities and my precious PRIDE.
THIRD PERSON's POV
Di mapigilang mapangiti si Zero, he finally dragged Mikaela to his plans. Kung anong plano? Di pa natin alam. One thing is clear right now, he wanted this stubborn woman to know her limitations and accept failures. Napaka arrogante kasi ng tingin nya kay Mikaela, gusto nya itong turuan ng leksyon at ipamukha kung ano lang ang buhay na meron ngayon ang dalaga.
Ayaw din nyang hayaan nalang ito sa pag papanggap na nobya ng kambal nya. He doesn't give care to anybody's businesses, yes but this is his business. That woman is his freaking business. Pano? Well, magkatunggali sa larangan ng business ang families and parties nila. Kung magkarelasyon man si Mikaela at ang kapatid nya o kahit na sinong Sy ay talagang nakakabubuti sa kanila, both parties, dahil pwede ng gawin iyong tulay para magkaisa ang dalawang malalaking apelyido sa business world but the fact is.. everything they did was a lie, just a show. Ang kinalabasan? Totally the opposite, mas magkakaproblema lang sila pag nalamang hindi totoo ang relasyon ni Mikaela at ni Rheed.
Zero is so devoted to his family's businesses at gagawin nya ang lahat para di masira ang imahe nito. He know how meticulous the Chelsons are, kilala nya ang doctor na may ari nito. Ayaw na ayaw nitong ginagamit ang assets nya sa ikabubuti ng iba, and knowing his daughter was being recruited by his stupid twin to be a fake lover? Nah, who knows what kind of war that doctor could throw at them? Pretending for now is good, but who knows later? Panu pag nalaman na ng ibang mga persona na nasa business especifically their stakeholders? Can anybody still think they could be trusted? He can't just sit and watch that, lalo pang alam nyang tinaboy ng Chelsons si Mikaela.
How did he know? Well, Zero is a mysterious guy here.
